I recently purchased a home which has a solar system that was installed by a company no longer in business and panels from a company that is bankrupt. Sun power purchased the bankrupt company and is supposed to be honoring their warranty. SunPower referred me to Baker as the SunPower representative but Baker passed the buck back to SunPower and wasted my time trying to get warranty service.

Eric Young was the person that came over to take care of an issue that we were having with our brand new air-conditioning system.
He was very knowledgeable quite efficient and within 20 minutes of time he was able to see what it happened. He made the adjustments to the system tested thoroughly the inside furnace and the outside air conditioning system. Walked my wife through setting up a custom schedule and he was out the door less than an hour. I highly recommend Baker to anyone that's looking for an air-conditioning system. I give Eric and Baker five stars.

Had Baker Home Energy install 10 solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall. The service and work was excellent from sales through install to completion. The products and prices were competitive with other top install companies, the communication and timelines were clear and consistent, and the actual work done was very clean and courteous. The install Team Lead was Antonio Diaz and the rest of the team was Jose Balderas and Izaya Fussel. Baker has done work in our neighborhood before and it was these positive reviews from people I know that sold me on Baker. I am now added to the group that respects their company and its people.

The absolute worse customer service I've ever had. They start off great during the sign up. Once it goes to construction it all goes bad... sub standard quality.

It has been several years since we worked with Baker, but we are delighted. We thought about Sunrun, but a friend used them and it was a nighmare. NO BS with Baker. You do need to understand the ""game"" with Time of Use, etc, but since we are retired, it works for us!
