This company is far beyond professional and responsive. Our insurance made us get a new roof; thus we began getting quotes. Arthur came out and explained the different options. Baja Roofing was not the cheapest bid but their professionalism and warranty convinced me. They replaced our shingle roof, replaced our fascia boards, and silicone coated our backyard patio in August 2024. The work was done timely and they answered all of our questions throughout the process ( I ask a lot of questions). The results were amazing and made our house look more appealing. In January 2025, my backyard patio was leaking due to the rain and Jeremy came out immediately on a Sunday to inspect and had his guys come repair it Monday morning. I recommend this company and look forward to working with them for any future needs.

The inspection was free and done in a timely manner. The report was sent the next day. It included photos and 3 repair price options. It contradicted another inspection, performed the next day, which stated no repairs were needed.

My home is 100 years old. Previous owners just layered and layered shingles on top of this what was once a gravel roof. There was all kinds of water damage from over the years, and I had been saving to get a new roof.

Then I called Baja Roofing. I have been following Baja Roofing for a while now. I've been watching this business for over 2 years. They have a social media presence where day-in, day-out, I am seeing quality work. So I had already set my heart on hiring Baja Roofing.

Sal came out and helped with the initial quote. We worked together on the quote because I knew it was going to be more than I wanted, but I knew the quality I was going to get would be superior. After factoring in all repairs, I signed the contract.

Jeremy worked on really understanding any issues I might have and cleared everything up. When the guys got started, they really tried to keep everything clean. I messed up and left the sprinkler's on one day but that didn't seem to affect their work. There was one instance where I asked Jeremy to make sure something was clean. In all it took about 5 business days to complete the work. It was a very quick process with the city and they did not have any issues or requests.

I really enjoyed talking to Joseph as well about how this is a family business through and through and that their job is really to provide quality and superior work.

Even after the job was done and city approved, the crew came back several times to make sure the cleanup was done and final.

I would HIGHLY recommend working with Jeremy and Baja Roofing and will definitely be recommending it to friends and family.
