Thank you Baja Roof for doing what you said you were going to do. The foreman on the job, Eric was very diligent and went above and beyond my expectations. Arthur came out and gave me a quote, he fumbled the ball a bit when it came to replacing my skylights, but Jeremy got involved and everything was handled correctly and promptly. A big shoutout to Cris, who handled the initial consultation. He took the time to thoroughly educate me on the re-roofing process, explaining each step along the way. I received over six bids, but when you compare materials, workmanship, and warranties, Baja's quote stood out as the best. Sure, you might get a lower bid elsewhere, but when you break it down line by line, the quality difference becomes crystal clear.

One of the major advantages of choosing Baja is that they are a preferred vendor for Owens Corning, the shingle brand I opted for. This distinction means they've been handpicked for their expertise and outstanding customer service. Owens Corning even backs their work with an additional workmanship warranty on top of what Baja already offers--a big vote of confidence.

Another standout aspect was their transparency and integrity. Many roofers include contingencies in their contracts that can dramatically drive up costs once the roof is opened up. But Baja was different. They took the time to inspect the attic space before finalizing the bid and accounted for potential issues up front--no hidden charges. When some unexpected damage was uncovered during the planning phase, they remained honest and only charged for materials that truly needed replacement, avoiding unnecessary upselling.

In fact, I had some unrelated work around the house, and since the Baja team was already on site, they handled it as well--even though I initially hired them just for the roof. Because there was synergy, Jeremy passed some savings along to me. It was a win-win--had I bid that out separately.

This company is far beyond professional and responsive. Our insurance made us get a new roof; thus we began getting quotes. Arthur came out and explained the different options. Baja Roofing was not the cheapest bid but their professionalism and warranty convinced me. They replaced our shingle roof, replaced our fascia boards, and silicone coated our backyard patio in August 2024. The work was done timely and they answered all of our questions throughout the process ( I ask a lot of questions). The results were amazing and made our house look more appealing. In January 2025, my backyard patio was leaking due to the rain and Jeremy came out immediately on a Sunday to inspect and had his guys come repair it Monday morning. I recommend this company and look forward to working with them for any future needs.
