My home is 100 years old. Previous owners just layered and layered shingles on top of this what was once a gravel roof. There was all kinds of water damage from over the years, and I had been saving to get a new roof.

Then I called Baja Roofing. I have been following Baja Roofing for a while now. I've been watching this business for over 2 years. They have a social media presence where day-in, day-out, I am seeing quality work. So I had already set my heart on hiring Baja Roofing.

Sal came out and helped with the initial quote. We worked together on the quote because I knew it was going to be more than I wanted, but I knew the quality I was going to get would be superior. After factoring in all repairs, I signed the contract.

Jeremy worked on really understanding any issues I might have and cleared everything up. When the guys got started, they really tried to keep everything clean. I messed up and left the sprinkler's on one day but that didn't seem to affect their work. There was one instance where I asked Jeremy to make sure something was clean. In all it took about 5 business days to complete the work. It was a very quick process with the city and they did not have any issues or requests.

I really enjoyed talking to Joseph as well about how this is a family business through and through and that their job is really to provide quality and superior work.

Even after the job was done and city approved, the crew came back several times to make sure the cleanup was done and final.

I would HIGHLY recommend working with Jeremy and Baja Roofing and will definitely be recommending it to friends and family.

It's so rare to call a company and have the owner answer the phone and help you with your problems. I love how Jeremy was able to give me a detailed quote with pictures and everything- you can't get that kind of quality customer service anywhere else. Jeremy is very easy to work with. He came over to my house with his brochure and gave me a complete breakdown of the roof application layers, shingle color selection and price. I had 2 other roof quotes that were ridiculous and not very friendly. I'd like to share the wonderful experience I had with Baja Roofing & Coatings.

After the stormy weather we experienced last year the minor leaks in our 1934 Spanish tile roof became major and it was obvious it was time for some serious repair.

After doing extensive research I chose Baja Roofing & Coatings for several reasons. The responsiveness of the owner Jeremy being one of the main reasons.

It was difficult getting a response from the other 2 companies. Every single text or phone call was answered by Jeremy on the same day! When his crew was running a little late one morning, I received a call letting me know what was going on.

Also, his estimate was incredibly detailed. He included alternate pricing packages from patch and repair to replacing the roof completely. Any question or concern I had was addressed in a timely manner.

He went out if his way to make sure I was ok until they could start the work. Several weekends ago there was a possibility of rain. Panicking that we'd get much more rain than predicted, I called Jeremy and asked if he would put some plastic down just in case. He sent someone over the same day and they covered several areas for me. Of course, we never go any rain but the peace mind it gave me was priceless.

Once the work started he and his crew again went above and beyond to help me out! They actually cleared out and disposed of about 30 years of ""stuff"" that had collected on the patio. Then they also replaced the wood (not part of the actual roof) and painted it for me!

I can't say enough about his crew either. They showed up on time every morning and promptly began working and never stopped until it got dark. They were such hard workers and were completely respectful of my property.

I would 100 % recommend them for any roofing needs you have!
