Bailey's Roofing is definitely a company I would recommend! Unfortunately, we had a roof leak following the heavy rainstorms and they came out pretty quickly. They did a good job with the repair, and were really responsive when asked to follow up another time as the leak persisted at first. We appreciated their taking time to resolve the problem. Great team of workers, and reasonably priced.

With the previous rainstorm and those coming, it seemed like every roofing company was unavailable. Nick responded to my Yelp request within a few hours and he was able to get his crew out the same day. They fixed the leak as well as other work done improperly by the previous roofing contractor. They worked non stop for hours to fix the roof. They were very thorough and actually looked for the leak from the inside by tapping on the ceiling where the leak was located while someone on the roof was tracking the sound and locating the cause of the leak. No other roofing contractor we've hired has ever done that. They just tried guessing the roof location based upon the leak location. I would recommend Bailey's Roofing because they respond quickly and are very thorough. They explain exactly what they find and what is needed to be done to the roof.

I was shocked at the prompt response received. Nowadays NOONE calls/contacts back. I always try and keep business in Antioch. I messaged on Friday evening and was able to get an appointment set up for Monday morning @ 8a. They were on time and completed the job quickly (less than an hour)!

First impression about this company was good, they seemed know what they were doing, and showed friendly attitude and good communications. However, they do have quality problems. For example, there was a loose spot on the roof, and the downspout kick is too close to the ground, see picture below, which I am communicating with them to fix it.

Answer to the reply from owner:
1. Sprinkler You kept telling me that you repaired broken sprinklers for free. My tenants told me a different story: they were broken because of careless work you did.

2. Permit envelop You told me that my tenants took the envelope even you told him leave it there, so that it caused you additional hours. But my tenants told me no one told them like that.

I suggest that you communicate with my tenants to straight that out. Common sense told me that my tenants have no rights to force you to do something.

So far, so good! We were referred to Bailey's roofing through a close friend. I scheduled a few other estimates and their cost was much less than the competitors. Nicholas thoroughly explained the process and had great communication regarding color choices and scheduling. He arrived promptly with a very polite and courteous crew. They were efficient and cleaned up immaculately afterwards. Our experience with Bailey's Roofing has been great.

I had a complete tear off and new roof installed with new skylight and gutters. I shopped around for many different quotes doing a full compare and contrast of the services offered. Bailey's was by far the best price with the most to offer. They had many options we could have gone with giving us a real choice in the replacement of our roof. We ended with the shingle color and style we wanted as well as they installed a ridge vent to help air out our attic and garage. They replaced all our roof venting as well as replaced our original sky light with a tinted one that fit perfectly. My wife has a large walk in closet with no natural light and they suggested installing a light tube/sky light into the closet and she was incredibly happy with the install. A once dim walk in closet is now beaming with natural light. They were very friendly and honest with their suggestions. When they had to access the walk in closet they went out of their way to clean up as they worked in the space. I cant say enough about how happy we are with them. Our gutters came out great and we got to pick the color we wanted to accent the roof nicely. These are the most professional, honest and hard workers you will come across. They have an attention to detail that I was very happy to watch during the process of the roof work. I truly cant explain how happy I am with this roof and the work that has been done. I will be recommending them to everyone.

Roofing repairs can be a confusing situation for the average homeowner that has little experience related to the maintenance and repair of their roof. Nicholas, the owner, was patient with all of my questions and eased my many concerns. I asked him about the differences between his quote and others, and was pleased to discover that I was getting better service at a significantly lower price than his competitors. His follow up and follow through were admirable. Repairs were scheduled for the next day after I agreed to services. His crew did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves. The only reason for 4 stars is that we unexpectedly had two days of repairs instead of one because the job required some follow up. Bailey's Roofing knows how to treat their customers. Job well done. I am very pleased with the outcome.

This crew was great!! My husband and I had been thinking of getting our roof done of the course of a year. We drove by a other house getting theirs done stoppwd and got a card from who turned out to be the owner. We got a quote compared 4 different roofing companies. When we received the quote from Baileys we had requested a couple of changes so we could compares prices. These changes were immediately made. When we discussed the prices we were given a few different options with a honest opinion of the choices. The work was schuduled a lot sooner than we originally thought it would be. We also found the work to be excellent. We did a wrap up meeting. This is a great company to work with very professional, respectful and timely.
