I called them in the morning after a heavy night rain. Water was dripping from a light fixture and causing damage down the wall. Tyler showed up that very morning and was on my roof assessing the damage. Unfortunately the roof is going to have to be dry to continue repairs. Thankful that they showed up quickly. Tyler also took pictures of the roof and showed me potential leaking areas. Timely and professional.

I wish I had found Bailey's Roofing before I was in contract with another roofer. I hired them to replace my old gutters and downspouts. Nick was quick to respond to my email. From then on we communicated through text, which was great for me. He came by my house to give me the bid. He didn't ask me to be present for that. He didn't ask that anyone be home when the job was to be done either. I appreciated that, as I have a very busy schedule. When his crew arrived to start the job, they were very polite, courteous and friendly to my young adult daughters. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Yesterday, Nicholas Bailey and his crew showed up to clean and repair the gutters on my home. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. They are now my ""go to"" roofing company. I contracted Bailey's Roofing to do a complete roof inspection, repair and drain gutter cleaning today. Nick and his partner did a very thorough job cleaning, sealing and repairing broken roof tiles where needed. I rate his company as 5 stars for professionalism, honesty and work for a fair price. The price he charged was well worth the money, just in the labor charges and time spent. Nick told me that doing a roof inspection and maintenance can increase the life of your tile roof and prevent any unforeseen leaks into the house that can cost you thousands to fix.
