Highly recommended. Bill is the most professional and responsive contractor I've ever worked with. Fully explains all the pros and cons of different roofing materials, from the cheapest to the most expensive. Obviously, years of experience in the industry. In addition, our attic was not properly ventilated, and very hot during summer months; Bill explained our options and came up with a solution. His bids are detailed and fully explained; you know exactly what you are paying for. Before the project started, we were told how long the job would take and when the crew would be working. It went like clockwork. The entire crew was great; considerate and friendly. More than anything else, this company wants to satisfy its customers. I only wish they did more than just roofing.

Bill was great to work with. He was more than happy to work around my schedule and accommodated all of my unique requests. The 1500sq foot roof (2 buildings total, tile/bitumen mix) was replaced in 3 days, and several ""features"" of the old roof that were unexpectedly uncovered after tear-off were handled by Bill and his crew without missing a beat. Once the job was done, Bill came over personally to complete the transaction and walked the entire jobsite, picking up any remaining scraps of the work that the crew had missed. Very thorough. I highly reccomend B.P. Custom Roofing.

Although, I didn't have Bill re-roof my home, I would highly recommend him as a knowledgeable and honest person. I want to put solar panels on my roof due to my high electric bills (pool) and the house I purchased last year has a metal roof on top of its original wood shake roof (house was built in 1971). He convinced me that my roof was fine and had a lot of life left in it and that it wasn't necessary to re-roof my home. How many contractors would be so honest and turn down business? He has a lot of experience and took a lot of time explaining the re-roofing process, the various roof types and my particular roof set-up. I would highly recommend you contact Bill if you're thinking about getting a new roof!
