Props to B&M Roofing for providing me an estimate to my email even though I incorrectly indicated the domain as @yahoo.net instead of @yahoo.com! That was my error. However, the estimate came back as 30% higher than the average of the 3 other roofing companies, that were also highly rated on yelp.

Mark and his team gave us a great quote on materials and labor. Said he'd start on a certain day and was there at 7:00 AM sharp. His team completely stripped our roof by lunch.

The materials showed up that same day, we were on our way to a new roof. It took about 6 days to complete including Inspections. They were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves each and every day. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend them.

Great experience for a roof repair leak. Mark Carrasco came out and gave me an estimate at a very fair price. His crew came out to repair the leaky roof about a couple of weeks ago and the next day it rained hard for 2 days. No more leak at all and on the estimate, they will come back out within a year and take care of it at no charge if any problems develop. Additionally I want to commend Efrain. I was going to clean the outside of my window near where I had access to the roof they were repairing. Efrain volunteered to clean that window. Thank you Efrain for giving 110% customer service.

Getting a new roof is a daunting task. My husband and I got 8-10 estimates before we decided on this company. The second we met Mark we felt we could trust him. He gave a fair price with everything included. He didn't charge more for extra layers he had to tear down or wood that needed to be replaced. It was all included in the estimate. The price he quoted on day one was the final price when they were done. There were no surprises. He even added two extra vents for circulation which were also included in the price. Mark and his team did an excellent job installing our roof. I would highly recommend!

Great experience from the initial phone call to the completed work. Mark was able to come and check out the wood rot under the eave the same day I called him. He was professional and thorough as he looked at the project. He gave us his quote, which was very reasonable. His crew was here 2 days later to fix the problem. They replaced the wood needed plus 1 more, and painted the area of work. It looks beautiful. They went above and beyond, I would use them again and would recommend them for your repairs.
