Had our roof completely redone, with a 7 year warranty. 4 years later, the roof was leaking in 10 different areas where the living room is with a 10 month old in the house. Texted Mark the owner and he replied he can't come same day and will get back when he checks the contract...he didn't call back so I called him as it was urgent and he said he remembers me and will come next day.

Next day he swings by, I asked that he sends me pictures and calls me after to share why it was leaking. He sends some pictures but didn't explain the fix. I text again and he shares the whole wall had a gap because the sealant ""somehow"" cracked.

I asked why it cracked in the first place when we just re did the whole roof. I also expressed my frustration about damages in the walls of the interior. He couldn't care less and told me ""I fixed it....no comment I'm done for the evening"".

His quality of work is concerning (having a new roof leak after 4 years) and labor warranty is horrible. He is not reliable and his customer service is poor. I DO NOT recommend doing your roof with this company.

Hats off to B&M roofing. After 12 estimates and 6 weeks later, I choose this company to re roof my house.
Great experience efficient and cleanliness
Most of all everything promised was fulfilled in a timely manner!
If only every house project was this easy I'd have my dream home by now.

If I could give Mark and his team 10 stars I would. We received multiple quotes and his price was the best. Mark was not pushy like other representatives that came out to give us quotes. He answered all our questions and was very patient. He made the process so easy for us dropped off samples and gave us recommendations of what would look best. The entire team was very professional and considerate. Finished the job in a week, helped with a few extra repairs that needed to be done. They were extra careful with our tortoise that lives in the back to not let him out. Mark brought over several samples of roofing so we can make the best decision. 10/10 would recommend.

Props to B&M Roofing for providing me an estimate to my email even though I incorrectly indicated the domain as @yahoo.net instead of @yahoo.com! That was my error. However, the estimate came back as 30% higher than the average of the 3 other roofing companies, that were also highly rated on yelp.

Mark and his team gave us a great quote on materials and labor. Said he'd start on a certain day and was there at 7:00 AM sharp. His team completely stripped our roof by lunch.

The materials showed up that same day, we were on our way to a new roof. It took about 6 days to complete including Inspections. They were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves each and every day. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend them.

Great experience for a roof repair leak. Mark Carrasco came out and gave me an estimate at a very fair price. His crew came out to repair the leaky roof about a couple of weeks ago and the next day it rained hard for 2 days. No more leak at all and on the estimate, they will come back out within a year and take care of it at no charge if any problems develop. Additionally I want to commend Efrain. I was going to clean the outside of my window near where I had access to the roof they were repairing. Efrain volunteered to clean that window. Thank you Efrain for giving 110% customer service.
