Our HOA hired this company to repair my roof. Long wait for them to come out to repair a leak. Also, didn't call me ahead of time to schedule or anything. Just showed up one day and got up on the roof, then they left without saying a word. Unprofessional.

Someone hired them to do roofing work for the condo I live in. They started performing work in my living area unannounced, broke some light bulbs that I had hanging on my balcony and they just looked at me like they weren't responsible and proceeded to cuss me out in a different language. I understand Spanish well. Look at the other reviews. Oh and they left a fucking mess on my balcony.

Don't hire these people. They are...
- Rude
- Unprofessional
- have a track record of breaking people's property (based off these reviews)
- not going to clean up after the work is complete

Very disappointing to see once a good company turn to dust. comes to show why Terry has lost almost all of his workers. After working with them for just one day i witnessed a clown show of a company operating. not only do they not know what they are doing on TPO roofs they do band aid jobs instead of doing them right. before it was sold to terry b&k was reputable. terry does not treat his employees with respect. has trouble paying, very aggressive and disrespectful. I would avoid their services by all costs. BEWARE.

Had an issue in the middle of the night back in December, B and K was quick to come and fix it for me. So great to now we have such a quality roofing company here in Antioch. The workers were extremely professional unlike some of the other reviews had previously stated. With how everything was handled I have trust that if any problems would have occurred owner Terry would of made it right. If i have any other roofing needs B and K would be who I call again

I had joey come to my house when I had an emergency league and he reassured me that they would have it fixed and I had nothing to worry about the biggest part was that he made me feel safe that my house was not going to be damaged I would definitely recommend this company

Horrible company!!! I had hired them to do a job 2 months ago, and they have been dragging it for 2 months. Now it rains, roof is leaking and no one ever contacted us. Last time we spoke, they gave us a date when roofers will come to fix the issue. No one ever showed up. Very unprofessional people, incompetent and careless of their clients...
Don't make the mistake I did, Don't hire them...

I was at grocery store , saw guy park in handicap parking, ran into store. I saw a few people with disabled plates looking for parking space. I took this picture. He came out, said his name was Joey. Was very rude, said go ahead take picture. Said why you in handicap, I said myself , I have plates for myself various surgeries, more and my daughter disabled since birth

As a manager of of homeowner Associations, I have worked with B&K Roofing for over 28 years. Owner Terry Mongomery and office manager Carol are the best! My experience is that workers arrive on time, clean up and and the companhy stands by their work. Not all contractors know the nuances of working with multiple owners in an Association setting. B&K does- they respond to emergencies in the rain, at night and/or weekends without complaint. If there is a problem, they fix it. Other reviews sited issues with the workers, none of which I have experienced. However, if that were ever the case, one call to Terry would rectify the situation. In 28 years I have never worked with a better or more responsive company.

These guys were terribly unprofessional: a lot of shouting, cursing, and disregard for personal property. They start by letting the customer know that they aren't responsible for damaging anything on your property. We have a very small yard, yet I found more than 50 nails and bits and pieces of compost shingle scattered throughout our property after they had ""cleaned"" and finished. I'd stay away if you have the opportunity.

They cleaned up after themselves pretty well.

Aside from that, it was a week and a half of listening to them cuss and complain. They broke the siding and didn't replace it. They broke our spigot and didn't fix it. Our shingles aren't fully fastened down, but I don't want them to come back to finish.

Overall, they are unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone.
