About 5 years ago we had B&F put a roof on our house. I went with them because of their advertisements on radio: satisfied customers claimed excellent service, quailty materials, fixing structural problems, etc. Supposedly they are the best. Not so with the job they did at my house. For starters, they waited until they were done to tell me I had a rotted roof rafter, which I could have fixed before the roof was replaced. By the time they told me it was too late.

There were two other problems which could be addressed. One was the wrong color flashing. The second was an area of overlapping roof lines where the sheathing overlapped creating an unnatural looking bump in the roof and left a ridge in the shingles. I had to argue with them to get these problems fixed.

They left the site a mess. Large quantities of debris compressed the attic insulation and the yard was littered with roofing nails, bits of roofing, and cigarette butts. My wife had to pick all this up by hand.

Now, I am remodeling that same section of the house. When I removed the soffit and frieze board, I discovered that they didn't do the repair, there's no sheathing, and the shingles are unsupported. They are nailed to nothing.

Needless to say, I would never recommend B&F Roofing to anybody.

These guys are absolutely the best !! Professional and courteous. They did my roof several years ago, and replaced all of my windows, over 20 of them, and replaced my siding. Fantastic job.

Recently, and why I am writing this review, I had to call to replace a pane of a window due to mineral deposits inbetween the glass due to a faulty seal. Also a couple of pieces broke on another window. This is after more than 5 years and they do not manufacture the product, just install. They came out and checked and measured and repaired, all with a great attitude and very friendly.

I will be replacing the roof in the next 5 years and B and F will be doing the job.
