After the big flood that just happen here in Houston my roof leaked on the heaviest day of rain. On the following days of rain my roof did not leak which left me puzzled. Ultimately I felt it was wise to have it checked for possible repair. I contacted Aztec Contractors and Reynaldo came out to my home and inspect my roof thoroughly; he climbed onto the roof and enter the attic (which is really tight). After he was done he told me that my roof was fine and didn't need to be repaired. Apparently because of the heavy rain and odd angles in which the rain fell water may have entered one of the roof vents. I was really pleased that Reynaldo didn't try to sell me something that I did not need; that kind of honesty is golden. I would definitely call Aztec Contractors again if I ever have any roof problems...

Outstanding experience from start to finish.

Due to the recent hurricane/storm, we needed some repairs to our 3-story town-home roof and as a result met with dozens and dozens of roofers/general contractors for damage assessments and estimates. And Aztec was by far the most transparent and professional experience. Hands down, no contest!

High quality service! During some heavy rains, I realized that my roof was leaking. I called Raymond and he was already at my house that next day. He went to the attic and figured the problem in 5 min.

Two days later, he was working at my roof along with his team while I was at work. He sends pictures of the progress and the final invoice via text message (which is convenient if you're not at home). To add to the great service, he accepts electronic payments.

RESPONSIVE, PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. We contacted Aztec and requested an estimate for a roof leak repair. The owner, Reynaldo Serenil, came within an hour, evaluated the problem, and gave us a fair estimate for repairs. Even though it was raining, Aztec showed up the next morning as promised and completed the repairs. They also did preventive maintenance such as sealing around vents/pipes for no additional charge.
