They are an awesome company, showing up on time and getting the job done. These days, no one responds, but award roofing definitely responds to your calls, text, questions and concerns. They deal with insurance and of course, self pay. They let me know what I needed, and are honest, not just trying to gouge you. Justin (Owner) was amazing to deal with. He came out and personally worked on some of my repairs (I had a unique problem). Then his crew finished my job-they we're hard working and did a stellar job. Justin was very helpful with my roof repair. I had a couple of leaks and some rotting soffit and wood on various parts of my roof. They were very professional and courteous, punctual if not early and answered all of my questions professionally and knowledgeably. The whole job cost nearly half of what I was expecting, because they did not try to do unnecessary work by fixing things that did not need to be fixed. He even pulled out a couple of bullets from celebratory gunfire out of my roof that I had no idea were lodged in there. My yard was even cleaner when they left than before they arrived. I highly recommend.
