My home was caught up in the hail storm in round rock Texas. I called these folks at the suggestion from someone that used them in the past. David was very professional and arrived on time. He and I made a plan to fix the roof and screens that were damaged in the storm. My roof was fixed on time. The screens were handled through David and they too were done on time. All the work was done and looks great. I was only out my deductible for all this work. It was a fair price. I would highly recommend this company. They have high standards and fair pricing.

David matched the price quote for rain gutter but with the twist, the rain gutter I had quote from another company for was with rain gutter and guards/cover. but when the installation guy came he had already started the installation process and later told me that guards would cost extra of around $800-$900. I had an impression that both goes hand and hand because when I got quote from multiple vendors they all said guards would come with the gutter.

in a way he scammed me by matching the price but without the installing guards/covers or telling me it would cost/calculated separately if he had i would never done the business with him. even with that I paid the full price he quoted because the work had already started.

will never come back with this roofing company.

After the Sept hailstorm we contacted A&W Roofing and were blow away by the personal customer service. They met with the insurance adjuster to walk them through the damage they saw and their recommendations. Communicative at every step of the process. Attention to detail with ensuring nails and trash were picked up. Byron the project manager and Raela and Hannah with the office staff were all so helpful throughout. Highly recommend them.

David at A&W Roofing was amazing to work with from the get-go. He was able to beat three other bids with the exact same roof that I wanted. I went with a metal roof and it looks amazing! I'm so happy I was referred to A&W and have already referred several other people to them.

Absolutely stellar experience from start to finish. We needed to replace a roof under an insurance claim prior to a sale closing, and so there were many variables at play. The insurance company estimate was a bit on the low side (lower than two other roofing companies bid to replace the roof), but these guys agreed to meet the insured replacement value to the penny. Response is immediate. They were incredibly flexible with weather, home buyers wanting color choice, a pesky HOA, and more ... they were fine waiting for details to be worked out, but when we gave the final call of approval within 48 hours the roof was installed and done. And not a single phone call or additional charge tacked on. Oh yes, and despite being located in Williamson county, they serve the Austin area (my house is in far south Austin). Great workers, great product, great price, great service ... the rare combo you don't find often these days. These guys will be my choice for all future roofing needs going forward.

A&W replaced my roof in June of 2019, and they did a great job. But recently I had a leak and their response time was impressive. I actually think that the leak was most likely caused by the company that had installed a new water heater, because the new vent pipe through the roof hadn't been sealed properly. When I called A&W the morning after a torrential rain they had someone here quickly. There was more rain in the forecast and they wanted to make sure the problem got resolved before that happened. They showed me the problem and then took care of it. We've had a lot of rain since then and no more leak. I highly recommend this company.

They never even gave me an estimate even though I reached out to them more than once . My last call to them to see where my estimate was - I was basically told they were too busy to consider my small job! I was given a long run around bull-shit speech! Definitely don't understand customer service.
