After spending over $50,000 with Allen Branam to replace our roof, driveway, provide improved insulation for our home, he did not stand behind his workmanship or failure of jobs for which he was hired. Our roof leaked on more than one occasion. When we contacted him he attempted to fix it the first time, however when the ceiling began to separate from the wall he informed us that ""this"" item was not from another roof leak. We contacted another roofer who informed us the sky light had not been sealed. We had another contractor repair the roof and the internal damage as Mr. Branam denied it was roof involvement. After paying $1700.00 in roof remediation with the 2nd roofer Mr. Branam contacted us to inform us that due to the fact that someone else had repaired the roof we lost our 5 year warranty. What was i supposed to do? In addition he promised to remediate our driveway as it was improperly poured. When we contacted him regarding the drive, he stated he would take no responsibility with any of his jobs/work which he had completed with us. Stunning! In my years of working with builders/contractors I have never experienced such an unprofessional and dishonest owner of a business. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
