Our experience with AVL Roofing was amazing. We are the original owners of our home and I did a lot of footwork with different pricing from different companies. This was very affordable and the quality of work was second to none. The crew was extremely professional, and the job was done efficiently and in a timely manner. I recently had a new roof installed by AVL Roofing and I highly recommend their services. Price was very competitive; they started the project on the date we agreed on and were done in less than a week. This was a tenant occupied property and I had zero complaints from my tenants while the work was being done which was very important to me. I will definitely refer family and friends to AVL Roofing!

A few weeks ago we were notified by our insurance company that our insurance was going to be canceled because they flew over our roof and determined that it needed to be replaced. We called many roofing companies and told them our deadline date of March 16, and were quickly shut down stating that they could not begin by that date,let alone complete the project.
Vince from AVL quickly responded with a very good appraisal and bid. Unfortunately, our dates didn't match. We explained our situation with the insurance company and a couple of days later we were called to notify us that they could begin on March 7. They showed up on time and got right to work.
Long story shorter, they were extremely polite, hard working, efficient and cleaned up perfectly. Our neighbors began asking us for business cards because they were that good and our roof was beautiful.

So, the place is not closed. But, it is very unprofessional. There is no response until a month later since my past post and without any explanation. Again, they keep rescheduling so annoying. They rescheduled the job 4 times. I give two stars since the employees and 3rd party vendors are very attentive and professional. The work is long, I understand, but they confirmed with me twice that the job will be finished 4 - 5 days, but the job was not done until day 8. They didn't show up and missed 3 working days without an explanation. Extremely bad communication. I don't know if I will recommend this place. It used to be so good, but it went down hills the last time they did half of the roof for my house. Yes, the job was for half of the house, so 60% of the roof!

AVL Roofing just finished rebuilding my old light grade cement tile roof, re-using most tiles but replacing the rest: double paper layers, vent sheet metal, metal peak caps and valleys etc., creating ""window"" shingle areas by request under solar panel areas. 100% accurate quote, completed exactly on schedule, crew courteous and extremely hard-working, cleaned up every evening. Coordinated with my solar company Sungenia perfectly. I recommend them very highly, wouldn't go anywhere else.

AVL replaced our roof a few years ago. They did a great job at a great price. After the recent storm we had a small leak. I called and within a couple hours the leak was repaired. These guys are amazing!

I needed a new roof before I could install the Heliogold Solar panels on my roof and Jason at Heliogold turned me on to the best roofing company I have ever worked with. Vince and AVL at AVLroofing.com did a phenomenal job for me.

I have owned homes in Texas, Florida and Arizona and had all the roofs replaced. I have dealt with several roofing firms over the years but the entire AVL team was Top-Notch !! The demo crew was unbelievably proficient and kind, all of the guys were really trying to do what they could to keep the mess to a minimum and the removal of the old cement tile was done in a single day. Amazing !

But the real beauty was the finished job and this roof is the thickest, greatest looking roof I have ever seen. And again, Vince's install crew at AVL Roofing was a really efficient, effective, nice and hardworking bunch. They made the finished product a true picture of fine roofing and I couldn't be more happy with the results.

Thanks again Jason at Heliogold Solar San Diego for recommending AVL for my re-roof. Vince was true to his word, was great to work with, his crews were here when they were supposed to be here and completed the roof on time with no surprises. Such great results !!! We were so impressed w/AVL Roofing. Vince & his crew put a new roof on our home. His crew was fast & everyone was very friendly. They were respectful of my plants and always made sure nothing was left around the house or driveway. Vince pays attention to detail and makes sure things are done professional.
