Victor Hugo Arceo and Camilo Uribe Escobar were referred to us from a family friend as Aviva. They gave a bid, and has us sign while their license was valid. Then let it lapse. They took from my elderly parents hundreds of thousands of dollars, and just a couple of months after receiving the CoO, we have to pay to redo the roof. They have refused to right the wrongs and have charged for higher end material but installed sub par materials. Neither of them will help and point the finger at the other. I'm the end, my elderly parents have lost all of their money and no are struggling to fix ALL of it. They have businesses with other names. Pay attention. Stay away from both of them and any of their unskilled workers.

Victor Arceo is a fraud and such a disappointment. If you are looking for a contractor, stay far away from him and his company (that's if his company is still in existence). I would even recommend to also stay clear of any other business venture or ministry he is involved with.
He started working on my mother-in-law's project a just shy of a year ago--a small ADU that should have take three to four months according to him, which got delayed over and over. It's now 2023 and we have no idea if this man is going to have the decency to let her know whether her project will ever be completed.
He pressured her so much to make payments so they could finish their work asap. He wouldn't stop calling to get his money. But when it came to my family contacting him, he would ghost them completely and answer when it was convenient to him.
To top it all off, he is also a pastor and involved in different ministries. He gives an awful testimony, working in these different areas while stealing money from people like my mother-in-law and others in the city of Los Angeles.

Aviva Home Improvement:
We recently moved into our new facility and had to do demo.
Aviva came in with there team and demolished things fast, they are clean, professional and put things better then they found it. They're worth every penny!
So enjoyed the initial call to set up the work as well as the construction process! If your needing demo and build outs call these guys!

This company is great at convincing you to sign a contract with them. Don't be fooled by the awesome presentation they give you. They promise you a big team of workers to get the job done. When only depend on 2 or 3 workers max. I signed a 3 month contract and have waited more than 4 months to get my home project done. Four months hearing excuse after excuse to finally be told that they have zero interest in finishing my project. I was deceive by his owner demanding more money from final payment and work was not completed. Avoid investing your money with this company. Also i noticed some of their reviews are from their employees. Dont be fooled.

I thought they were different at first, but they flaked on me just like all the horror stories you hear about contractors in general.
Aviva sent someone to our home to ask if we wanted to convert our garage to an ADU. He quoted us a fair price, and even showed us a rendering of the project. After several meetings and planning sessions we locked in funding and finalized the contract. A few weeks passed and I called the sales rep. He sounded surprised when I called him. He told me he had quit the company due to a disagreement with management. He didn't have many details as I'm sure he didn't want to badmouth his former employer. He did tell me they told him they were cancelling our job and that they were going to call me to tell me that. I never received a call. I tried to call Victor, the manager of the company, several times and he never once called me back.
I finally decided to call the funding companies to ensure that our money hadn't been taken. I cancelled one loan and the other company told me Aviva had cancelled 15 days prior to my call. So I had to find out from third parties that Aviva was not doing my project. Thank goodness they hadn't started demolition.

I know that summer is coming soon. A friend recommend me Aviva to have an air conditioning installed in my daughter's room, I am so glad he did. The work was clean and fast

I've hired Aviva to replace the windows in my house and they did an amazing job. They were professional, clean and they left the house in perfect condition. They arrived on time and did the job within the timeframe promised. I hired them due to their affordable prices and great customer service. I highly recommend them.
