I had a roof leak by the chimney and contacted Avila Roofing through Yelp. Jose and his dad came by right away, on a Sunday when they were off, to inspect the leak and immediately found the issue. They were nice enough to clean and seal the area temporarily to make sure I was protected from the rain that was coming as they prepared a quote. Just that good gesture itself convinced me that they were the team to hire. Their quote was very reasonable, so I went with them to replace the underlayment of half the roof. Despite occasional rains, they expertly completed the job within 3 days and thoroughly cleaned the area. I also had them paint the fascia wood and everything turned out great. I definitely recommend and will use them again!

The quickly evaluated the damage and got to work. One hour later they had fixed my Chimney Chase Cover and Chimney cap. The charge was very reasonable.

I worked with Alfredo and I am incredibly impressed. We had our leak over the garage repaired twice, and was told we would have to repair the whole roof to find the source. We were about to give up when my friend recommended Alfredo. He came out, discovered the source and repaired it the next day! I mentioned I had some water around a window sill after heavy rains and he and his guy took a quick look and found the tiles above my bedroom were broken, exposing that area and the window below it to leaks. They fixed that as well so we are fully ready for the rainy season! Alfredo is so knowledgeable and truly wonderful to work with.

They came out right away to check a roof leak from winter rains. They brought a ladder and went up to look at the area before giving a quote. Quote was reasonable and they came back to do the job. Replaced a patch of roof paper and broken tiles, also re-positioned and secured a section of tiles that had been shifted by winds. Very happy with their work, no more leak!
