Thank you Avant Roofing for a seamless and professional experience! Our consultation went smoothly, and they were confident about a solution for our leaky roof. Our previous roofer had skipped the primer step before using a silicone treatment on our flat roof, which caused so many problems, and he even closed his company and left town.

When Robert at Avant came to look at our roof, he assured us that his team could give us a brand new silicone roof. It was raining consistently for many months this winter, but as soon as there was a 10 day spread of no rain, Robert scheduled us in immediately.

The team was so professional, and everyone was so great about climbing up our tall 3 story home! The process took only 3 days, and they covered every area and seam in a thick layer of silicone, leaving nothing uncovered. Everything was so clean and tidy when they finished. Avant Roofers saved our roof, and our home, and I definitely recommend their services. We initially had a few roofers take a look at our home, but Avant was the most experienced, trustworthy, and affordable price too. Robert was so kind and understanding about our frustrating roof situation, and we are so happy with the results. Thank you again Avant!

Here we are 6 months after they gave us a ""new roof"" and my entire office had to undergo 18 days of mold remediation because they put on a roof that caused even more leaks than we had and now even after 18 days of the mold remediation and 6 months of the roof undergoing more repairs, I still have even more leaks. These folks are causing me endless troubles, stress and worries.

Please read in response to your statement: The Roof you replaced is leaking for 6 months from the area where the trough was placed in the middle of the building. Its not the HVAC Building ducts/vents nor is it the ductless mini-split. Extensive investigations have been conducted due to constant leaks and the active leaks are all along the middle wall of the office which was removed entirely and put back, in November, due to mold remediation and now its still leaking all along that same wall which we believe is below the trough. Also I was told that you should have ""hot mopped"". How come you did not hot mop? I beg you please get rid of the leaks that happen each and every time it rains as they are making my office, moldy, wet, unsightly and unsafe.
