Seems like the guy is retired but still does some jobs, had a roofing repair, although the price was much higher than expected, they came out and inspected the roof and repaired it very quickly after my initial call.

Had an excellent experience with this company! I had a slight leak in my roof due to wear-and-tear on the chimney. Immediately, after calling and leaving a message they called back and set up a time to stop by and check it out. When one of the workers got (I believe his name was Scott) he showed me the problem and even gave me suggestions on how to maintain the chimney and even fix the problem myself. I opted to have him fix it and he got it done quickly and they charged slightly less than his quote, which was already very reasonable! Can't say enough good things about my experience! Highly recommend these guys!!!

A tenant in Richmond called me with a small roof leak. Avalos was able to get someone out to fix it the very next morning! The work was done in a professional manner and I was shown how to properly patch a seam in a flat roof if the need should arise again.

I was looking for a local roofer to inspect a patio room torch down roof and found Mike on Yelp. He called back when he said he would to schedule. He showed up at the scheduled time. He assessed the roof as in good condition, likely with many years left in it due to it being shaded most of the time.

After inspecting the roof, he was willing to discuss several of my other roofing-related concerns and offered very useful advice. I tried to offer him some money for his time, but he politely declined.

Mike Avalos promptly called me back when I asked him if we could set up a time for a quotation. He came to my house within two days to look at my roof. Although he was not able to take my job due to the height of my three-story roof, he gave me very helpful advice about the issues and now I have a much better idea about what needs to be done to fix the trouble spots. I was impressed with his responsiveness and with how helpful he was.
