Horrible customer service. Was searching for a company to come out to get a quote to fix a broken attic ladder. Came across this company and had used their website to obtain a quote, didn't hear from them. Ended up calling and speaking to Luis, the owner, he made an appointment with me and came out to inspect. Promised me a quote later that afternoon, after several text messages inquiring about the promised quote, I still have never heard back from him. No quote, nothing. This is not a company I'd recommend for anyone. Very disappointed.

I'm buying a house and this guy agreed to oversee the installation of the new roof for $149. I emailed him the specifications and he gave me a detailed explanation of his services and that he's done this before many times. Not only did he never show up (which put me in a very bad position) but he never even called or emailed me or returned my numerous calls. I called Avalanche based on the reviews, but I guess you can't trust reviews anymore...probably friends and neighbors. At least have the decency to call, text, or email someone if you are going to flake on something that is important to them. Unreliable...I won't use them again.
