They have probably the best sales people to to get your business. After becoming their customer, their service is either slow or non responsive. The whole roofing project took almost a whole year to complete. After the roof replacement, we discovered lots of damages done by the roofers. Keep in mind that the roofers do not have any precautions to ensure minimum external house damage. There were a few windows that were clearly scratched/damaged by the roofers which the manager denied to fix. I went with this company initially due to the good reviews posted online. After a year of stressful experience with this company, I will not do business with them again.

This is the SECOND time I've used Authority - and, as before, they took care of EVERY aspect of my hail-damaged property...not just my roof! They were professional, respectful, and thorough, keeping me in the loop through every segment of the various repair projects. Jaren was great to work with and did a fantastic job coordinating roof, windows, siding, gutters, and fence work! I'd use them again in a heartbeat (but hope I won't need them again any time soon!) HIGHLY recommend Authority to anyone looking to have work done!

Don't let other deceived you that this is a good roofing company.

This is a company that you should avoid. I was fooled by seeing the good reviews from other people and expected to have the same quality roof and services but it wasn't turn out that way. Part of my roof was not properly done. The Project Manager weren't there when the job was done. They had to come back and cleaned up the work and leave messes everywhere. Even after they came back and cleaned up their messes, I still have to spent my time cleaning up after them.

We wasn't expected having to go through all of this from a good roofing company. My wife and I picked out 3 companies that we could go with and they are one of them. We decided to go with them because they have better reviews than most of the other 2 but our experienced was completely unsatisfied and very disappointed.

We won't ever use Authority Roofing again as well as recommending anyone to go with them.

As an unfortunate victim of the March 2017 hail storm that roared through Lantana, TX, we had a total roof replacement to accomplish. After getting a few quotes, I found Authority Roofing and was completely blown away by the level of customer service. Authority worked efficiently to get me an additional $9500 from my insurance company that was due to me based on the damage - other roofers took what the insurance company stated first - WRONG!

Authority Roofing is HIGHLY recommended - they get it and they do exceptional work. Our roof looks so much better than our neighbors - they are all jealous!! Call Authority, they will take care of you (ask for Kent).

Authority roofing was amazing to work with. After everyone having hail damage they worked so hard to keep up with the huge demand right from the start. They asked to come out and walk the roof when the insurance company tried to settle at a few thousand. Which was basically because our roof was so steep they didn't want to walk it. They fought to get the roof totaled and from then on took over the job of scheduling everything we needed around my families busy schedule. Trish Littlejohn spearheaded the project and oversaw the job site. Making sure we were happy and their employees were taken care of in the heat. I'm so impressed with the team and the way they coordinated outsource the jobs on the screens, our garage door replacement and A/C combing. I highly recommend them for quality service and quality product getting put back on your roof!

They were a no-show for my roof inspection appointment. Did not call to cancel, they just didn't show up. I called the next day to ask why nobody showed up and they said someone would call me back. Nobody ever called me back. Must be nice to be in the roofing business

I called Authority roofing and gave them my information to get a quote on fixing a roof leak. They didn't call me back, but since my leak wasn't an emergency, I let it slide and didn't think about it for awhile. More than awhile actually, since it didn't rain for awhile. Rainy season kicks up again, and I call once again. Talk to a nice lady on the phone. Explain the situation. I'm now under a time pressure to get this leak fixed since I am selling my home. I explain to her that last time, nobody ever called me back and it was really important that they get back to me. She promises it won't happen again, and takes my information, and says they will get someone to call me back and set up a visit to give a quote to repair.

Guess who didn't call me back? The second time. Hey..I get it. My little leak in my roof wasn't a big full roof replacement for you. But you do owe me the courtesy of a phone call, especially after I'd explained that you'd already blown me off once.

For what it is worth, I did get a random message on my voicemail about 3 weeks later from a roofer that didn't identify themselves. (Long after I'd gotten the problem fixed, mind you) I don't know if it was these guys or not, but even if it was, that's an inexcusable timeline.

Last spring we had a pretty major hail storm in our area. Just as a precaution, I called Authority Roofing to inspect for damages, and sure enough, I had some major damage. Authority Roofing replaced my roof with a better one than I had, coordinated everything with my insurance company, and made the process so easy and painless. With the better quality roof - I was even able to get a huge discount on my homeowners insurance! I would definitely recommend them. They also replaced my sister's roof - same great job!

We had Authority Roofing check our roof in Stonebridge Ranch for damage. It was very damaged and they met our Insurance Adjustor when he came to the house and took care of everything! We could not have been any happier! They were even very patient with the Insurance company sending them the final check as well. Our neighborhood HOA would not allow a sign in the yard except for the days they were actually working on the roof, but we had people ringing the doorbell asking who had done our roof because they wanted one just like it! We ONLY refer Authority Roofing!
