As a local realtor, I just wanted to give a shout out to Justin with Austintatious Roofing! My clients knew they had hail damage and needed a new roof. They didn't want that to be an issue for a potential buyer of the home they were selling so they had their insurance adjuster out to confirm the damage and get the process started making arrangements to get a new roof put on. We went ahead and listed the home on the MLS before getting the roof done and were not expecting that it would go under contract in under 8 hours with the condition that the roof would be complete before closing!! I knew Justin with Austintatious Roofing had a great reputation just from being in the industry, so we called him to do the roof replacement. Not only did he come right out, he managed to get us the shingles we needed during a shingle shortage and he got our job done early so now we can close earlier than expected! My clients enjoyed dealing with him and I appreciated his professionalism. Way to go Justin!! You definitely saved our deal ~ thank you!!!

These guys came out to inspect our roof after some ail damage caused us to almost miss our closing date! They worked with USAA insurance to get our roof replaced within a week, and replaced gutters and downspouts, as well! Professional, fast reliable, and did a great job! New owners are SO pleased, as well!

Having a damaged roof and dealing with insurance companies can raise a person's stress level, but Justin swooped in like a superhero and saved the day (and my sanity). Justin rearranged his schedule to be here at the same time the insurance claims rep stopped by to inspect the damage. He has worked with many insurance companies through the years, somehow, magically, when they came down from inspecting the damage, a new roof was approved by the insurance claims rep. I was hope for that, of course, but was not expecting it.

The whole process was explained by the insurance rep and Justin, and within a few weeks, checks were issued, shingle color selected, and work was scheduled. The actual job was completed in a day (removing and replacing shingles, clean-up, hauling off).

Recommending an excellent roofing company, which my neighbor recommended to me ....thank goodness, because I have have many problems with recent contractors. NOT the case here - Kevin Cochran took very good care of us and our house which has a pool. We found no leftover debris and they took the time to bring their own cover for the backyard pool area. Again, Kevin and his team went way above any contractor I have worked with in the last few years. The end product is beautiful and we could not recommend this company enough - ABSOLUTELY GREAT and PROFESSIONAL.

My Realtor, Pat Huddleston with Violet Crown Properties recommended Allsides Roofing as someone that would give me a competitive bid and do a great job.
This was for a home purchase on October15th, 2013. Pat knew Justin Byers and his crew from a past roof that he had done at his home.

I contacted Allsides and the scheduler was able to get me on their calender in a couple of days. Justin came out to bid the job and we selected a 30 yr. charcoal color shingle for the roof with matching grey in color 6"" gutters. (Justin was able to bid the entire job including gutters through one of his vendors).

All the work was done very professionally and looks awesome. Many of my neighbors have commented just how nice the new roof looks. The prior roof was a light tan color that looked dirty and old. This was a big job, with lot's of high angles. Approx 3800 sq ft house.

Thanks Allsides Roofing! The roof looks great and really enhances the value of the property!

I have hired allsides roofing to replace my roof after a hail storm. I will try to be fair in this review by stating the pros and the cons about this company.
Pros:
- good and easy communication, answering questions, being on time on inspection day, etc...
- as promised, they finished installing the whole roof in one day.
- as I have requested, they delayed the installation date until no rain is on the forecast.
- they cleaned most if the debris after finishing the roof.
- they replaced the rain gutters in the front and installed new gutters on the back side. Even though I asked to add gutters on all sides, they just skipped the right and left sides! Still didn't complain!

Cons:
- I thought that they removed my roof vents and patched the roof, so I have asked Justin who replied that they replaced the old roof vent caps and installed new ridge vents. I have compared the roof pictures before they replaced the roof, where one vent cap is visible, and in the new roof I don't see it anymore. I went inside the attic and saw 2 patches in the wood where the old vents were removed.
- staining the fence was done very cheaply. One guy used a paint roll to stain the fence. He did not power wash it nor clean it with chemicals. He kept knocking on my front door and then my backyard door at least twice a day. He used a brush to cover the edges that the roll couldn't, but eventually he didn't cover everything. I told him to touch the unstained edges and he wanted me to pay for the extra gallon of stain. But when I refused, he agreed to do it. But I still see uncovered edges. I think the best way was to spray it.

They wanted me to pay the total amount in my insurance report, even though the report has items that they didn't do, like roof vents, cleaning the fence before staining, fixing the AC compressor fins...
I still don't know how we will settle this project.

Update:
Justin met me and he promised to make things right. We agreed on installing one new roof vent and reduce my total for the stuff that did not apply to their work. I am satisfied from the work after all...

Honest, great integrity, clean and fabulous job. Allsides provided photographs of each phase of the work as well as a detailed reciept. I interviewed several roofers for the repair of a leak and dryrot. Justin was great. He told me exactly what needed to be done, he did not try to up-sell me to a new roof. The honesty and integrity of this company made them the pick for me, the price was great as well.

Best roofers ever!!!

I hired these guys last month to redo my entire roof. I probably interviewed 4 companies before I decided to go with Justin. No matter how many questions I asked, he answered. Even if I asked the same question 5 times he still answered with a smile on his face. They finished the job early and under budget, and they ALWAYS cleaned up after themselves. I never came home to find shingle bags all over my yard or tools spread out everywhere. Having work done on your home is usually stressful and annoying, but Justin and his team made it really easy on me. He's the best, and I've already referred him to everyone on my street.

I hired this company to replace my roof. They did a great job. The process from signing contract to having the roof completed only took 5 days. They were very professional and returned phone calls/emails promptly. I would definitely recommend them.
