I had a great experience with Southwest roofing. Their work is top class -they did a great job putting our new roof. My insurance company recommended them. From Shane the owner to people who came to work, they were all very honest, hard working and professional people. They used the best materials and fixed a few things on the roof for free. You don't see this type of customer service in roofing business these days. I am lucky to have found them for my roof. i would refer them to everyone from family to friends.

I called Southwest Roofing during a windstorm and the very next day I got a return phone call. Someone came out promptly, checked the roof , advised me of his findings and condition of my roof. I had a proposal within two days and got approval from my insurance company. Before they were able to replace the roof we had some storms coming in. They sent out someone and covered the large exposed areas so I would not have any further damage. The whole job from the time I called and Southwest installing the roof was about 2 weeks. The foreman of the crew was very explanatory as to what they were doing and what the process was. They even found a little wood damage on two of my sheds, repaired it for a very reasonable add, and the clean up was excellent. I have seen houses roofs get stripped and the shingles lay in the yard most of the day. Not this crew. I did have a couple of minor cosmetic things pop up with drip edge after they left. I emailed, they responded, came out and not only took care of the drip edge but also double checked everything to make sure there were no other issues.

I highly recommend Southwest Roofing in all areas of business, quality, customer service, and cost. Thank you for a job well done!!

Ok, I am blown away by the customer service of this company. 10 years ago, within months of buying our house, a rogue storm trounced the neighborhood roofs including mine. My insurance company (Travelers) recommended this and a couple more companies. I picked this one, based on how nice the man was who called back. Found out he was Shane Barnett, the owner's son. They were out right away and within 10 days from calling, we had a total new roof with vent upgrades.

Fast-forward almost 10 years later, we have a leak. Because it was around a skylight, I expected the worst. I still had Shane's cell number from the warranty paperwork and was glad it had not changed, neither had his pleasant and helpful demeanor. He had taken over the company for dear old dad. Shane sent a roofer out (also a very nice person) to see if there was any wood rot and to do an estimate for repair. Fortunately, there was no rot, so the roofer repaired it on the spot!

I cannot recommend this company enough! Not only is their work top quality at very fair prices, their customer service is off the charts. Shane does a fantastic job managing this business. No wonder it is still recommended by Travelers and other insurance companies. It still rocks!!!!

I can recommend Austin Southwest Roofing for re-roofing and repairs. Our roof is 21 years old and the shingles were very worn. I contacted ASWR via their web site for a re-roofing bid and received a reply the next day.

From the 4 bids I received, theirs was the most detailed and the lowest.

I was pleased with the variety of shingle options we were given and with the assurance that the site would be thoroughly cleaned at the end of the job. It certainly was!

The job only took 1 1/2 days even though we have a large roof area.

Austin Southwest Roofing did a very nice job and our roof should be set for another 20 years.
