Austin Southwest Roofing has replaced our roof twice and both times, work was done timely and with top notch workmanship. Everyone we talked with, from Shane to the shingle delivery employees, were friendly and the best at their jobs. They worked with our insurance company to make sure all damage was noted and covered in the quote. We've been in this house 37 years and ASR was the first company to ever stop the leaking on the flat roof portion of the roof. My husband is hard to please and he is impressed! Besides a beautiful new roof, there is no sign that any work has been done on our property. Every bit of tearoff is gone! One day and done! Thank you Austin Southwest Roofing!

Overrated, overly priced good for nothing contractors. I was pleased with them at first, when they sent out the specialist. He did a good job, pleasant, showed me around. Learned a few things.

Estimated 100-something for a downspout and happily billed me and the insurance close to 400.

I was happy that my insurance recommended them, instead me having to do the leg work of finding a roofer on my own. I know nothing of these matters. As soon as I signed the contract, and the ball got rolling the insurance / contractor lady was a complete jerk. I hung them up to dry. Go with someone else. Someone LOCAL and not overly priced and remember that when filing claim, depending on your insurance, it is best to do research and likely go with someone YOU are most comfortable with.

Shane and the Austin Southwest Roofing team is top notch and I would highly recommend. The crew was was a fine tuned machine and in and out with no sign they were ever there except for a new roof. The neighbors however had a very different experience with a different roofing company that took 4 times as long, poor cleanup and back on the roof during the next storm taking care of what was not done correctly to begin with. Don't go with the storm chasing roof companies.

Go with Austin Southwest Roofing if you want a high quality job done on time for a fair price.

Austin Southwest Roofing just came out and fixed a small roof warranty item for us. They sent a guy out the very next day after I called in, and he was very knowledgeable and polite. I had a great experience with Southwest roofing. Their work is top class -they did a great job putting our new roof. My insurance company recommended them. From Shane the owner to people who came to work, they were all very honest, hard working and professional people. They used the best materials and fixed a few things on the roof for free. You don't see this type of customer service in roofing business these days. I am lucky to have found them for my roof. i would refer them to everyone from family to friends.
