We've just finished a complete new replacement roof installation with Water Damage Restoration & Roofing. We've had so many positive things come from this experience, it's hard to know where to start. It all started when a strong storm blew through and ripped off some shingles; Tyler from WDR was there THAT DAY to get tarps on the house and make sure we were protected. My next indication was when our trusted contractor (who was not involved with the roof at all) gave a delighted approval when he heard that we'd managed to find Tyler; he's on the short-list of folks our GC trusts. Everything about the job went smoothly. The crew arrived exactly on schedule, and completed the work as planned. The crew took great pains to prepare our property (even moving potted plants to a safe zone) and did one of the best cleanup efforts I've seen - they even policed our whole property for any debris that blew around from the wind. But in the end, it's the work that counts, and the roof looks gorgeous, with all the little details just right. Tyler came by personally to review the job, and was willing to make any changes I asked for, including some minor cosmetic items. His crew was there the next day, and Tyler came by again to make sure it was perfect. Now I understand how WDR has managed to get (and keep) a 5-star rating: one great job at a time, with personal care and involvement in every job to be sure. Highly recommended. THANK YOU to Brad, Brian, Ronnie, Angela and the team at WDR. The storm on Tuesday resulted in two leaks at our house and I was referred to WDR by a friend, but did have one other roofer come out and give us an estimate as well.

While both companies came over that day, Brian at WDR set us up with temporary tarp that same afternoon, in the middle of a the rain coming down no less. I got a follow up call from Brad within the hour with an estimate that not only offered 30% savings, but came in exact once the work was completed!

Ronnie showed up the next day to complete the work and took care and time to talk us through the work done. Professional, timely, great work and top-notch customer service from the 1st call through the final payment this morning. No need to look anywhere else!

My roof was replaced 4 years ago by ""the other guys"". They ignored the fact that the roof had failed and roofed over the leak. Tyler and his crew came to the rescue! Before it rained and ruined my new ceiling he got his crew to my house and fixed the problem. Way above the kind of service you get ANYWHERE from ANY company in Austin (and in any business).
I have worked with plenty of contractors but I still have never seen this kind of customer service. Use Tyler. He IS the best.

I needed my home office and garage to dry after my water heater died and flooded the closet it's house within. After reaching out to this company, JP was prompt in responding to my request to get the mildew stench out of my home while also investigating the water damage that was left behind. Over the course of the course of 1 week, the fans and dehumidifier that JP installed dried all of the water damage and (thankfully) removed the smell. Additionally, he recommended Bob to redo the padding below my office's carpet. Bob also did a fantastic job. Both my office and garage look great again. Thanks JP and Bob!

I am giving Tyler and his crew five stars for their hard work and amazing job on my roof repair. Tyler made the process so quick and easy. He came on a Friday to give a quote. He answered all my questions and gave a detailed step by step description of the roof repair process. On Monday his crew came to do the repair and completed it in one day. His crew started at 7 am and did not stop until 4 pm. I believe the crew leader, Cesar, even had a hurt back, but that didn't slow him down in getting the work completed. I would definitely hire them again and I've already recommended Tyler and his crew to my neighbor and friends.

They are a honest and helpful company! I had a damp spot in my ceiling. I spoke with the owner who helped me understand potential causes and recommended I talk to a plumber first. He could've easily scheduled an appointment to visit and charged me a fee but chose not to. I was pleasantly surprised that someone would take time and energy and provide the right advise - even if it meant they didn't get paid. I definitely appreciate this and I'll definitely keep them in mind next time I have water damage.

Another amazing experience with this company! Had a tenant go out of town and his fridge water line came undone causing lots of water damage to the entire first floor by the time he got home after a weekend away. I called Brad and he had JP dispatched right away to demo all the water damaged flooring, baseboards and get the commercial fans running to fully dry it. They are fast, reliable and terrific. It was an insurance claim through the tenants insurance and they helped get us all the correct paperwork requested to get that process handled smoothly. Another 5 star experience with Brad, JP and Team. This is why we ONLY use this company for all our water restoration and roofing issues. They care and treat each experience like they would if it was their family members. Top notch here all the way.
