I had a positive experience with Austin Roofing. They provided a reasonable and competitive bid, worked with me on a insurance claim and completed the job quickly. There were a few issues with the install that I probably never would have noticed but Brent went out of his way to point them out and get them resolved without having to be prompted. This shows that they have a high level of integrity as they could have easily called it complete and I never would have known the difference. I would use them again.

Austin Roofing and Construction is a friendly and professional organization. After submitting a request for a quote on-line I was contacted the next business day, and an estimator was at my house a day later.

They delivered materials the day before, and promptly showed up for work on the scheduled day. The crews were mindful of my chickens, and other pets. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

Brent was my project manager and was very responsive to my questions. He also communicated job progress and details in a timely manner.

Daisy, the Office Manager, was also very helpful is processing payments and answering questions.

I would highly recommend the company!

We asked Austin Roofing and Construction for a quote to repair a leaking location on our low-slope roof. Christian came out promptly to survey the repair and provide a quote. Christian was polite, experienced, and listened to us. He answered all our questions, and provided experienced advice on the best approach. I appreciate that he didn't try to up-sell us or convince us to do more than we wanted. We were unable to be home when his team came to perform the repair, but they took lots of photos during the repair so we could see what they had done. It was so helpful.

When we had a question a couple weeks later. Christian was there to provide quick response and reaction to our concern. I valued that because the repair was already complete, and I feel his attention and customer service went above and beyond.

I also think their office is well organized and cohesive. Communication and payment were taken care of professionally.

When it comes time to re-roof our entire house, I'll be calling Austin Roofing and Construction.

I hired Brent. He came over and gave me a fair quote. Took lots of pictures. Was professional. And ultimately did a great job. He worked with my tenant to setup a repair time. Would hire again.

My husband took a day off work to get a quote from this company. We told them up front that there were a few minor things mentioned on our inspection so they knew it was a small job. It's been 1 month since we told them we'd like the work done and we've gotten no response to multiple emails trying to schedule the work.

Troy came out and gave me an inspection and estimate. Very thorough and fair. Took photos in the attic to show me exactly what was going on. I called to schedule the repair and they said Troy left the company a couple of days earlier and they were behind but would call me to schedule the repair soon. I called 3 more times and felt I was getting a runaround and no one really knew what was going on. I called again (was going to cancel and find another roofer) and was told they did my repair earlier that day. I wasn't home and had no knowledge of this. I asked for proof and they sent a couple of photos. I believe the work done was satisfactory, but not great quality. Hoping it doesn't leak because I would not choose to use them again. Very disorganized and unprofessional.

My first quote had a better grade of shingle. When I unknowingly asked for it to be changed to a lesser grade, the salesman didn't mention that was the case. When I realized my error and asked him to change the shingle back to the better quality or lower the quote to reflect the lesser quality shingle, I was told that the original price actually did reflect the lesser quality shingle. The better quality shingle had been accidentally chosen because of a ""drop-down box error.""
We had scheduled an install date when I could be home, as I have indoor/outdoor pets. I was out-of-state one morning, when I received a text from my neighbor that the roofers were there and working. I called the salesman, who called the foreman and then called me back. It seems the foreman ""never got the e-mail about the schedule change."" I said I was concerned that my pets may be injured by falling debris or nails in the grass. I was told that the debris would be contained and that the foreman would go over my locked fence with a magnet tool to pick up nails. I arrived home late that night and the next day, found dozens of nails in my backyard.

Job was perfect with pictures provided for completed work. Highly recommend this team. Prices competitive and teams is just heads up better than competition.

Troy came out after a bad inspection on a newer roof that didn't seem possible. He was very professional and helped us out by writing and leaving a voice mail explaining that our roof had no issues to address. He saved us a lot of time and money. Highly recommend this company and Troy!
