Austin Roofing and Construction did a fine job on my total reshingling job. Luis told me they couldn't assess my underlayment water damage situation until the crew could get in and see beneath the old shingles. Could have gotten pretty expensive. But the total invoice came in right at the estimate, giving me confidence that the initial evaluation was accurate and that only damaged underlayment was replaced. The GAF shingles are a step above the ones I had before and the result is a real handsome looking job. Next big rain, I won't be worried about leaks at all.

We got our estimate from the Insurance Company and Greg reviewed the complete job. He identified items missed by the adjustor. He worked directly with the Insurance Company to get items missed included and brought our home back to its pre-storm condition. They make sure your property is left in a clean and neat condition. They are a long time Austin Company and have a A+ Better Busines Bureau rating.

Highly recommend! I got two or three estimates on my roof repair but Austin Roofing and Construction was the only one that gave me confidence that they would fix my roof and do it right. Christian gave me a straight forward consultation and proposal. They got me scheduled quickly and did a great job on my repairs. Bonus points for accepting credit card payment for deposit and final invoice.

I contacted Austin Roofing about a leak in our tile roof. Christian was very responsive and was able to get to our roof in a timely manner. The first fix didn't quite solve the leak, but he was able to come back out right away when I let him know, and he got it done. Austin Roofing's estimate was very reasonable, and there were no surprises.

If we have any other roof issues in the future, I will call them again.

What I didn't like about these guys. Is that they will send you a quote with out breaking down the bill. And when you question it. They reply and suggest a totally different repair. When they never even mention it. I wish the details were inclose to me before the quote. I trusted this company. I used them once before. So I decided to use them again. I spend $1,650 with these guys in the past thinking that they we're going to help me out. The quote I got yesterday from billy was $1900 dollars. The quote had no break down per item. At that point I was no longer interested. So I decide to call a different company to get a quote. The new company I called gave me a quote that same day after I gave them the measurements. The quote came out to be $550 and they did the work the next day. It sucked that I had to spend my hard working money on these guys. NEVER AGAIN!! I do not recommend this roofing company. They take advantage of the people that don't know any better

I was very happy with Austin Roofing and Construction customer service. Due to miscommunication between the original salesman (no longer with the company) and the repair crew I was confused to begin with but once that was resolved all involved have been, kind, pleasant, and efficient. Antonio did an excellent job and the young man they sent to help clarify the bill in relationship to the work was superior, thank you Hector. He even crawled through the attic to find the source of the issue and repaired it for me. I strongly recomend the company! They stood behind their guarantee.
