I'm writing on behalf of my mom who had Austin Pro come out and replace her roof. She was very hesitant after having a lot of negative experiences with other contractors in the area. Ronnie & Mike were super professional, honest, trustworthy, helpful, and easy to work with. My mom is extremely pleased with his work and her roof really looks amazing. One of our home improvement projects was to get rid of the original single-pane aluminum (1980s) windows to our house and have them replaced with double-pane. We had been approached by several door-to-door salespeople and had gotten some pretty exorbitant quotes, but opted to instead ask for referrals from friends. The best review came from our friends who had used Austin Pro Siding and Windows.

Our experience with APSW was overall very good. Our point-of-contact person, Patrick, was very friendly and competent. We went over all the products and he helped us narrow it down to our final choice based on budget and needs. He was also the one who scheduled everything and followed up.

On the day of the installation, the crew came in and worked quickly and efficiently. Though we'd moved our furniture and removed blinds and curtains before they arrived, they had to move some of the heavier stuff since we couldn't manage it on our own, but they did this without complaint.

About a week after the installation, I noticed a crack in the tempered glass for our small bathroom window, and notified Patrick about it. He apologized and had someone come out to replace it as soon as possible (though, due to the nature of custom-made glass, it took several weeks).

We've noticed such a difference in our house after replacing the windows. I didn't realize how much outside noise got cut down with the double pane, how much cooler the rooms stayed in the summer and warmer in the winter. The windows are also beautiful and we are pleased with how they look as well.

Austin Pro Siding replaced the Masonite siding on the back of my house with Hardie Plank, installed a window in the side of my garage, and painted the newly installed siding and the old brick on the front of the house. The crew was very professional and courteous, and best of all, they did a great job. The price was right, too. Highly recommended!

The best home improvement I've had done in 30 years. I own a 1957 house that is in constant need of repairs. Jaco came out and gave me a no pressure bid, then patiently amended it a couple of times. I realized it would be the smartest decision to have all my windows and sliding glass door replaced. A decision I will never regret.

Austin Pro Siding And was recommended to me by my realtor when I wanted to sell my house. She took one look at it and knew that I would need to get my roof redone before putting it on the market to sell. Austin Pro Siding And came the next day to give me an estimate and they were amazing. co-owner wisely said we should stick with RF13 because the extra pressure from the RF15 could push our interior dry wall and the nails might pop out.

We definitely didn't want to damage our interior so Kevin's recommendation was a real headache saver in the future.

Our reimbursement from the RF15 purchased to the RF13 used was very generous.

We picked Austin Pro Siding to do Hardi board on our 2 story house. After getting multiple quotes, they proved to be a great value. They were very good about answering questions ahead of time to help me decide and be comfortable with moving forward with such a big project.
Once the team started work, they took about 3 days to tear down the old siding and put the new siding up, which included sofits and facia board. The team took extra care to get some of the details around window trim just right.
The did have a few hiccups, including puncturing an AC line inside my wall, which they promptly had fixed the same day. Things like that can happen, and they handled it very well.
Then within a few days the pain crew came and did an equally swift job over just a few days. Then the final work of the punch list items to make it all finished off, including putting lights back up and replacing outlet covers and outlets removed as part of the work.
The crew did a great job and did about 3 or 4 sweeps for nails.
I am still finding some debris in the yard, but given the size of the project I think that is expected.
Definitely recommend this team for your next siding project.

We also had them quote windows, which was very competitive. We ended up going with the original contractor who had replaced some of the windows on the home previously to get a match in the window manufacturer. I'm sure they would have done excellent in the window replacement as well.

I don't often give anyone five stars but this company hit the mark all the way. Their price was highly competitive, their people were all top notch, and they communicated with me very effectively throughout the process. We had all our siding, fascia, and trim replaced with Austin Pro and highly recommend them. I felt like we were in good hands from the bid through the finish, and that is very important.

Short story: The team at Austin Pro Siding was professional, responsive, and delivered high quality work in shorter than expected timeframe all at a fair price.

Long story: We recently replaced the siding on our East Austin home with James Hardie Cement siding. We had a couple quotes on the project and after talking with Tracy and Kevin at Austin Pro Siding we went with them and boy was that a great decision.

Right away they were immediately responsive in providing a quote. There were some tricky areas of our exterior due to some shoddy/quick remodeling work by the previous owner and Kevin was quick to come in with the right expertise and a plan for getting the project done.

They quoted a fair price up front but it was still slightly out of our range. They worked with us to come down to a price that we felt comfortable with and the whole process was quick and painless.

There were some hiccups during the project but I have to say that I couldn't be happier with the way that their team handled it. The crew ran into some issues during/after the install but as soon as problems were noticed Kevin was quick to bring in any needed specialists to solve the problem. And the best part was there were no hidden costs/fees.

I can't speak highly enough for Austin Pro Siding. They run their business the right way and treat their customers right.
