Our house started leaking water through our 19-year-old asphalt shingle roof in May 2021. Our homeowners policy paid for a new roof and inside ceiling repairs by month's end. We were so thrilled that Jess and Sarah (with their children) took the time to inspect our home and get us a quote in just 5 days over Memorial Day weekend! Another contractor contacted wasn't available until 10 days later! Due to manufacturer back logs, Jess told me that he would not be able to get roofing materials for a while. In late July, they received them and immediately sent out a very polite, kind, and professional crew who finished the large two-story roofing job in just one long day with about 10 crew members. We were so thankful! It looks fantastic and he was able to get an upgrade to Class 3 rated shingles! Then, we were out of town for one week in middle August. Jess was able to have his painting crew complete the interior vaulted two-story ceiling while we were gone! Thanks so much! We didn't have to deal with the mess. The interior sheet rock ceiling is so beautiful now without the popcorn texture and with the light texture that we wanted. No more water stains from the leak. It was such a pleasure doing business with Austin Lone Star Services. My wife and I would highly recommend them!
