We recently had our dryer vent cleaned and was told by the serviceman that the roof vent was of the wrong type. He informed us that the roofing company that had replaced the roof was still responsible for installing the correct type of dryer vent. He suggested that we call the roofing company so I did. Despite the fact that the roof was probably five years old or older, Jesse reviewed pictures of the vent and agreed that the proper vent should have been installed at the time of the roof replacement. Within two days he had a roofer out to our house and the dryer vent replaced.
Bottom line - fast, efficient service and would consider using them again.

If I could give 0 stars I would! My experience on April 15,2022 was horrible!!! This company is only after your money. It's one thing to take your money but also to give poor unprofessional and borderline racist and sexist attitudes is disgusting. Jessie the owner is one of the most unprofessional people I know and the worker he sent to do the project was just as bad. Jessie quoted me a price on backsplash. I showed him what I wanted done and he calls out measurements in front of me while his wife is plugging it into her phone. He sends an unprofessional worker who acted as if he didn't want to be there. My kids went to speak to him and he ignores them. After his lunch He Just walks into my house without knocking or ringing the bell. Walks past my husband and I and doesn't speak. Then gets to his project. He puts two different style tiles up. when I point it out he says I put the tile there as if it's my fault. Which is not true. Their company were the ones who bought the tile and grout I chose, Not me. Then he does one wall and says he's finished when he had about a meter left leading up to the fridge. Which I showed Jessie. He says the measurements doesn't include that wall. We calmly call Jessie thinking it's just a mix of communication between him and his worker. He says the price quoted didn't include that part and says it will cost more to finish it. I pleaded with him stating I told him I wanted that portion done and why on earth would I have that part unfinished, It doesn't make sense. He goes on to say that ""the fact that my husband wasn't there is why we have this issue"" SEXIST!! as if I don't have the ability to point out what I want done. The rest falls on him, not myself or my husband. The convo gets heated and He goes on to yell at my husband and I over the phone and eventually hangs up on us. He calls his worker snd request that he just leave with the job unfinished. We called back and said we would NOT pay a dime if he did this. He said ""i didn't want to do the job in The first place"" Anyhow, Of course the threat not to pay changed everything. He told his worker to finish minus the half wall. His worker finishes and packs up to leave. He scratches my glass door with the machine he was carrying out. I point it out to him and he tells me ""that's not that bad, you can buff it out"" UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! On top of that he left without cleaning up after himself. He got grout all over my furniture in the house and patio furniture(I included pictures) He left a complete mess. I sent these pictures to Jessie and he didn't reply back. The whole time the worker was there my family sat outside on the porch because he made us feel so uneasy in our own home. Jessie allowed this mistreatment and I'm not surprised because Jessie THE OWNER is 100x's worse himself. I know that was book , but the point is RUN RUN RUN from this company!!! Find a reputable company with professional people!! I would even advise you to NOT go with his wife Lindsey Saldana who is a real estate agent from Pflugerville. She referred Austin All Roof and she allowed this mistreatment to happen because Jessie is her husband!!! Absolutely horrible experience. STAY AWAY. there's too many other companies out there. Don't go with Austin All Roof!!!! In fact if you look at his newest google reviews, you'll notice one is from Jessie himself and the 2 before that say the exact same thing. Before that you can see real reviews that are underwhelming. Be smart guys!! Please see attached pictures.

On April 15 2022 we contracted Austin All roof to install backsplash in our kitchen. The installer who came to our house was impersonal upon our initial meeting. At the time I wasn't concerned about his personality as long as the job got done unfortunately it did not. Prior to his arrival my wife had Jesse (Owner) come out to measure the area that the back splash was getting installed and discuss the pattern of tile installation. Midway through the installation when the installer went to lunch we noticed issues. Tiles were unevenly placed. Since the grout was still wet, my wife adjusted and aligned tiles that were misaligned. When the worker returned to our house he didn't even knock, he walked in and walked right past my wife and I who were sitting at table without speaking. Three quarters of the way through the job the worker told us that he was finished. I stated that we discussed for the tile to continue for about another meter. Austin All Roof even bought the necessary grout and tile based on Jesses measurements. The worker called Jesse about the dispute. I put him on speaker phone with my wife and we began to discuss the misunderstanding. Jesse then began to talk very loudly on the phone. He told my wife that she didn't know what she was talking about and that "" I should have been there"" when the original measurement was taken. He stated that he "" didn't want to do the job for us in the first place."" He eventually hung up the phone and told his worker to leave. I had to plead with the worker to complete the job at a reasonable stopping point which he reluctantly agreed too. After stopping work short of what we contracted he left the job a mess. As a veteran of the US military is highly discourage other veterans, or any one else to use this company.

Would not use again..did damage to roof vent, and solar fan I believe ,when they were asked to check vents ,, they told me the home owner to do it myself ...will take your money but screw the service! Go to a different roofer !!

Jessie and his amazing crew did a great job replacing our roof, rebuilding chimney and painting ceiling after water damage. They even worked with our insurance company to get coverage for damage missed by the adjuster. This is a very reliable, honest, responsive and dependable business. We are so thankful for their help during a very difficult time. You can not go wrong in choosing this company.

They did great work on my investment property in Austin. Roof was done exactly as explained, in a timely manner and the job site was immaculate when they left. Highly recommend.

I would give this company no stars if possible. Be ware of hidden costs. We were charged over $300 just for an ""emergency"" visit. I never requested an emergency visit. Plus the charge for the roof repair, over $500. I called several roofers and was told their emergency charge was $100. I feel we were taken advantage of. Be sure and ask of ALL costs including emergency charges.

Jesse with Austin All Roof was simply amazing to work with. We got a new roof and the entire process was so fast and so simple. He really went above and beyond to help us and we are very appreciative!!!!!

We normally don't write reviews but we have to let you know how impressed we are with Austin All Roof. Our Project Manager Charles was called out to our house to inspect our roof which had been miss diagnosed. The reason we chose Austin All Roof was Charles. He has so much knowledge on the housing, roofing industry. He is honest and tells you how is. During the whole process he was in full communication with us. We would say he went above the call of duty to help us out. His team is hardworking and amazing. They showed up on time, and cleaned up after themselves. We highly recommend Jessie (the Owner) and Charles (Project Manager). Thank you for a Great Experience!

stay away from these people. they mis quoted me and doubled the agreed upon price. tim also started the job and left in the middle of the night. worst service everrr
