Save yourself the grief and don't bother.

Paid them $1500 to replace a roof leak after buying a home. Three years later, same problem returned. Gave them a chance to make it right, but after the guy showed up for the estimate he left and never sent it. Had to remind them to send it, and the one they sent was hundreds of dollars more than another bid. They did not stand behind their work, so I went elsewhere.

I feel like two stars is generous, but I suppose their work did last for their one-year warranty, so whatever, have a second star.

Bottom line: Look elsewhere if you're going to have to drop real money on a roof repair

UPDATE: Despite the business's comment, we did contact them, showed them the original work order from three years ago, and it made no difference. ?

Stay away! This company put a roof on our house in 2009. Came out to fix a place in 2016, indicating the flashing had been done wrong. Now....the exact same place is leaking again now in 2018! They first indicated they would not fix this repeat problem free of charge. Then.... I got a call from the owner saying he had just been brought up to speed and they WOULD be out to fix it free of charge after all. After having the matter settled and on the schedule for 5 days (and after cancelling the other contractor we got a bid from initially!) I received an email from the owner yesterday indicated they would not be out to fix it after all...it was out of warranty and they had not obligation to do so. The owner was quite rude in the email. This was bizarre behavior to say the least. We called the other roofing contractor back, apologized for the inconvenience and asked if he would please put us back on the schedule as 360 Roofing had left us high and...well, not so dry! lol! The other roofing company will be here in the morning AND the bid was literally half the cost of the 360 bid!! I wouldn't let these folks put a roof on my dog house!

Carlos Reyes and his Roofers at Austin360 Roofing made replacing my roof one of the best and most professionally managed Projects I have ever experienced! From my initial call to the issuing of my warranty by an Inspector at the completion of the work, everyone was extremely gracious and easy to work with. The Roofers took the time to cover my Aluminum Window Overhangs so they would not be damaged and they cleaned up everything at the end of the project, taking extra time to make sure their were no roofing nails in the grass or driveway. The Roof looks so good and the Service was so excellent that I have already made numerous recommendations to people in my neighborhood as well as where I work. Can't recommend Austin360 any higher.

I had a leaky roof. I thought I would ""shop local"" so I picked a company in my side of town. Big mistake. They did not fix the roof. All they did was shoot out some caulk. I didn't know this and I paid the bill. The roof kept leaking. It took numerous calls, which is frankly ridiculous for someone trying to run a business, and I finally got someone to answer. Their website and Facebook sites have incorrect contact information. So, when I finally got him on the phone he said he would send someone out. I asked that I be called when the repair was made AGAIN so I would know the work was completed. I got no call. The roof kept leaking. I finally had to hire a REAL roof repair company and they were appalled with what 360 Roofing did. They said it was not repaired and that 360 just took my money. They said NO self-respecting roofing company would ""fix"" a leaky roof with caulk and that 360 gives other reputable companies a bad name. Frankly, I want my money back. I feel like 360 Roofing is a scam.

Lousy work, and terrible customer service! I chose to have my roof replaced by Austin 360 Roofing. The work was of bad quality, but the worst thing was how much ""collateral damage"" was done to my home. There were sections of siding that were gouged, strips of tar strung along the side of the house, and a place where the flashing was just ripped up and left half on, half off. Little intricate parts of the roof were missing shingles altogether.

I had contracted to have a Cobra Attic Ridge Vent installed, and this was not done. Austin 360 Roofing did return to install the Cobra Attic Ridge Vent and the missing shingles. But why is this something a homeowner should have to ask for? This is basic roofing.

Other shoddy work included using ""scraps"" of drip edge pieces resulting in many seams that were unnecessary. I made them replace these short scraps with long pieces resulting in a cleaner look.

The worst part was I contracted with them to repair some damaged window surrounds, which they never did. The foreman of the company, myself, and a third party contractor all agreed in my front yard that this third party would repair the window surrounds, and fix the damages described in the first paragraph. Once the third party completed the work, Austin 360 Roofing refused to pay them. The owner's excuse for not paying them was because he had done the work at such a good price, he didn't make any money on the job, and could not pay the third party contractor. Needless to say, this has put me in an awkward position with the third party contractor. I ended up paying him out of my own pocket. Basically Austin 360 Roofing pocketed part of the money I paid them, and did not perform contracted work. It is theft, pure and simple.

After sending emails trying to get the owner to pay the third party, the owner tried to talk tough and suggest that I was engaged in some sort of insurance fraud, which is ridiculous.

I am very disgusted with this company, and its owner. In Texas, a man's word is his bond, and this company's word is worthless.

I contacted Austin 360 Roofing after I discovered a leak in my roof. They inspected the damage and gave me a quote for repairs the following day, and then began the work the day after that. Repairs were completed in a professional and diligent manner, and at a reasonable price. I was also impressed by how thoroughly the crew cleaned up my property afterward. I'd recommend this company to other homeowners.

If this guy is a roofing expert, then I am a rocket scientist. The sellers of our 'new to us' home selected this company probably for the low price. Well folks, you get what you pay for. After realizing that his 'contractor' Mis quoted 2 of the upgrades we requested (and paid separately for) I guess he had to cut corners. His staff sat around most of the time and I have pics to prove it, they didn't use all the felt, put the shingles on wrong, etc (I have proof of this as well). After a million phone calls, drop in visits, and complaints to the owner, our roof was done. You wouldn't believe it but 2 months later our roof leaks! We've had to call more than 4 times and they're still not out here to fix it. Worst roofing company EVER!!!! I bet I know more about roofs than this dude.

Austin 360, in my view, did a poor to mediocre job on my flat, TPO roof. That's bad enough, but it's their customer service - from the owner - that is pushing me to write this review.

Austin 360 roofing did the inspection of my roof during the purchase of my home and I ended up using their quote to negotiate my repair contingency. After I closed on my home and approached them to do the work, they increased their quote...twice. We were able to come to an agreement over this but in retrospect, it should have been the first sign of what was to come.

During the re-roofing process, Austin 360's crew consistently showed disregard for my property.

Austin 360's crew disconnected my A/C drain line leaving a bucket to catch the condensation from my A/C overnight. It eventually overflowed into my house. After the crew was 'done', instead of sweeping up and disposing of the roofing debris that had fallen from the roof, a member of the crew swept it into my yard. They parked a truck that dripped oil on my driveway - even after I asked them to park it in the street. They did not attempt to clean up the oil.

The installation of the roof, in my view, was mediocre at best. We did have a leak, but it was from the lack of installation of drain covers. This allowed the drains to back up with debris - including insulation from roof, and a tool likely dropped by one of the crew (found in with insulation) - causing water to enter our house. Other items that Austin 360 failed to do or did poorly include; 1. Drainage was poor, something they admitted after months of emails from me, and possibly violated the manufacturer's installation standards. 2. They did not seal the seams along the drip edge. 3. They installed a section of PVC drip edge between TPO sections, gluing it in place - something that will not hold for an extended period of time. All of these things could contribute to a future failure.

Each time I called Austin 360 to report an issue, I was met with a combative, uncooperative response or no response at all. The one time they actually sent someone to my house - after the leak - they denied any responsibility for the leak even though they had not installed drain covers - something I have learned is basic for a flat roof - and likely contributed to the blockage. If they had responded in a timely, logical manner to my complaints, I would probably chalk this up to a one off bad experience and not be writing this now.

The end result is that I have had another roofing company correct the issues with my roof.

Austin 360 roofing was recommended by a neighbor who had worked with them a couple of years ago. Our home was about 11 years old and had sustained some significant wind damage. Carlos came out within a week to assess the damage. He explained the whole process, but without the hard sell. They were able to work out an upgraded roof and stay within the insurance settlement amount. After a few delays due to rain, they got the roof up in two days and it looks fantastic. One of the best in the neighborhood! Call them! You won't be disappointed.

Austin 360 Roofing gave us a very competitive bid to replace our roof after it was damaged by a hail storm. This was a huge relief since the first few roofers sent us estimates that were much higher than our insurance coverage.

Austin 360 used name-brand materials and communicated well before and during the job. They finished the job on time, on budget, and the new roof looks great. They also gave us a written warranty and came back two years after the job to check on a leak - which they fixed for us even though the problem was caused by chimney masonry and not the roof repair. Altogether a great experience.
