My parents house has a roof leak due to the recent storm. (CA worst winter storm where the govt even push April tax season to OCT for future reference). We have numerous roofing companies come out to assess the damage indicating a replacement is needed from the natural disaster (tree fell on our roof and missing shingles) On the contrary, AussieBlue, Mark, instead of providing an actuate report to our insurance company advising what remediations are needed to prevent future leaks, he wants to put a bandage on the situation by adding more shingles. When I call to speak with him asking why the quote is only a partial fix, he advised this is what Mercury wanted him to do regardless if the roof needed a replacement due to the natural di

When we reached out to Aussieblue they responded that they were supper busy and would not be able to take on our job but they did provide a referral that we ended up using. In my experience you don't find many companies that would be honest about their work load plus refer you to a competitor. If you looking for a roofer, I would give this honest company a shot.
