ATX put a new roof on our house in 2020. They did the work as promised and on schedule. Four years later, we had a small leak. Not a big deal, things happen. What matters is that I called ATX, and they treated me seriously, never questioning the warranty or what might have happened. Two crew members came over the same day and made a temporary fix. A few days later, the repairs were entirely done. ATX stood behind their work and honored the warranty they had given us four years earlier. That kind of customer care is all too rare.

After almost going with another roofer I received a flyer in the mail for ATX Roofing. I figured it was probably a good idea to consult a second opinion before making this important decision so I gave them a call. I'm so glad I did! The owner, KC Leinen, dropped by that same day. He was extremely knowledgeable about the insurance process and after speaking with him I discovered that I had been given incorrect information from the other contractor. It gave me peace of mind to know that I was hiring a roofing contractor who really knew his stuff--not just the labor part of the project, but also the details of navigating the insurance claim process--all of which was easy and painless. The roofing crew also did a great job. They showed up on time, finished on time, and cleaned up beautifully. Plus they do a lot of upgrades on the materials and labor at no extra cost. The roof looks great and I am very happy wiht the entire process. I highly recommend ATX Roofing , the owner-KC Leinen and his team.

My house had hail damage and I needed a good roofing company to help me out. I am so pleased I found ATX roofing. I had a wonderful experience dealing with them. They made the whole process of getting my roof replaced run so smoothly and seem so easy. Not only were they helpful and knowledgeable about what was best for my home, they were also very helpful in dealing with my insurance company, which I greatly appreciated. Kyle Leinen spent a lot of time answering my questions and explaining everything in detail. I found him to be very honest and true to his word. They called to let me know when they had ordered the materials, they called again to let me know when the materials would be delivered to my home and when they would be coming to my home. They even called to remind me the day before and tell me what time they would be coming in the morning. Not only did they arrive on time, but they spent a lot of time covering my yard with tarps and screens to protect my plants and air-conditioner. They did a great job tearing off the old roof and putting on the new roof. They made repairs where needed and replaced dry rot they found at no additional charge.They did a beautiful job putting on the new shingles and ridge top vents-my roof looks fantastic! They then spent a LOT of time cleaning and picking up their mess afterwards. They not only picked up and swept stray nails and materials, but they hosed down my side-walk and drive way. My yard was cleaner than how they found it. 30 minutes after the crew left, Kyle Leinen returned to inspect the roof to make sure that everything had been done properly. I was so impressed!!! I definitely will be referring him to anyone I know that needs a roof. I couldn't be happier with the job they did and I am so thankful I chose them to replace my roof.

Kyle and his team did an excellent job replacing our roof. He negotiated with my insurance company and got them to add on drip edge and did it all in 2 days. I was impressed that the guys doing the actual work have been with him for years. I highly recomend ATX Roofing.

My 80-year old Mother and her near 90-year old neighbor widow hired ATX roofing to remove their existing flat roofs and install new roofs on their adjoining duplex. As it turned out there were two older previously installed roofs one being a typical asphalt type roof and a second overlying roof that was a gravel and asphalt roof. Instead of doing what they were paid to do and remove these two old roofs, ATX Roofing covered them both up including the gravel roof. In addition to this there was either previous wood damage that they did not repair and replace or they did not install their new roof properly and water was allowed to get in under the roof causing water damage. These two senior women could not physically get on the roof to monitor what ATX was doing, so ATX took advantage of them. Now these roofs have to be replaced and the damage repaired at a significantly greater price. I do not know how any company can be so dishonest.

Dustin is the one you should go to when there is roof problem. He is very knowledgeable and provide me lower cost but reliable options for fixing the tile roof. The work was done very quickly as well. Very honest and easy to communicate. Highly recommended.

Dustin was referred to us from a previous contractor. We had a leak in the living room and we need to have an expert come over and fix it asap before the rain came back. Dustin was responsive, came to my house quickly, and was able to find and fix the root cause of the leak so quickly!

I highly recommend Dustin, and with no doubt, we will be calling him again next time we have an issue in our roof.

These guys were awesome! I needed some roof repairs done before selling my house. They came out and gave me an estimate right away, and returned to knock out the work within the week. Everything looks great and they even honored the estimate when they ended up doing a bit more than they originally thought. Very professional guys all around, I would highly recommend them!
