A giant thank you to Andrew and Victor and his crew!! I really can't say enough good about these guys. Initially Andrew came out for the inspection. He was so kind, professional and thorough. He took lots of photos and explained anything I had questions about. He helped me understand everything that was going on and to feel comfortable with the process. He updated me with photos throughout the whole process and from start to finish this has been a fantastic experience. Besides being thorough, helpful and friendly, Andrew was also incredibly patient in helping me to juggle a very tight and complicated schedule. I highly recommend these guys and would use them again without hesitation. In fact, our neighbor is also going to use them. He saw Andrew leaving after performing our inspection, asked him some questions, and was so impressed, decided to use them as well. Again a giant thank you to Andrew and Victor and the crew! You guys are absolutely terrific!!

Moved into a new home and had to install a new AC unit and came to find out there was almost zero insulation in the attic. I requested a quote via Yelp and Jake got back to me promptly and came over to give me a quote. Instantly i noticed a difference from the other companies who gave quotes in the details of Jake's work. He was the only worker to lay down plastic, put booties on his shoes, and clean up after he left. i was very pleased!

Then when the guys came to do the installation, they were very nice, efficient, and very clean again. I really appreciate when workers do a thorough job rather than leaving the place messier than when they arrived.

I received lower priced quotes from other companies, but am so glad i went with Attic! Certain things you truly ""get what you pay for"" and they were worth every penny!

We scheduled an Attic inspection since our top floor was always too hot. Dan showed up, climbed into the attic, took some pictures, and discovered that half of the roof had no insolation. He recommended to do a blown in of a new insolation and quoted a fair price. We agreed to do the blown in insolation and within the same week the installation took place. Everything went smooth and installation was done within that day. Great service, and most important, our top floor is way cooler now! Money well spent.

I highly recommend Attic Construction if you need to remove/replace your insulation. Fair price, quality workmanship and timely. It started with our estimator, Andrew, professional thorough and took the time to explain the process and timeline. The project mgr Mark was equally as helpful answered all our questions and coordinated with the handyman Jorge to repair our ducting prior to the insulation to make sure our AC worked properly. Augustine and his crew were awesome and took pride in their work! We noticed an immediate difference in the temperature due to the quality of the products used and expert installation in a tough to reach crawl space. Very satisfied, these guys are top notch!

Jake was far better than any other person that came out to give us a quote to clean out our crawl space and deal with our mouse problem.

Attic Construction just completed a blow in insulation job at my house yesterday and I have to say, I'm extremely impressed. I don't typically write reviews but this company absolutely deserves it.

I submitted an inquiry to the company over the weekend and was promptly contacted the next business day to schedule my in-home consultation. Angela was extremely professional and coordinated the consultation around my availability.

Jake came out to perform the in-home consultation and was transparent about the process, what to expect, provided recommendations that made sense for our home, and was honest throughout the entire process. Plus, Jake arranged for the attic clean up and insulation service to be performed the same day as the consult.

Victor, Jermaine and Jesus - appreciate the work you guys did and the care you took with ensuring this process was clean. As a parent of two young children, you guys made certain that everything was cleaned up properly and I appreciate that.

To anyone reading this who is thinking about using Attic Construction's services, do yourself a favor and use their service. Couldn't be more happy with the service they provided.

I found these guys on Yelp and read the reviews. Originally I was planning to augment the existing insulation with new and leave as is, but after having some electrical done in the attic, I decided to have all the insulation replaced. Andrew came out (very professional and polite) and measured the attic and we discussed options. Originally, I was going to go with blown in insulation, but after seeing the need to service things in the attic from time to time - that was not good idea. I decided on the batting insulation (roll out) instead. After a little negotiation, we agreed on a price. They removed ALL the old stuff with a huge vacuum and bagged it all up. They sealed around all the canned lights and other areas of possible air leakage with insulating foam. Once the attic was clean of the old stuff, they inspected and sanitized the area. I was constantly checking their work and seeing the progress. The whole crew was very respectful and polite, which I appreciated. They did a great job and completed everything within one day. Immediately, we could feel the difference within the house. It has been four days since install day and the house has felt great throughout the day and night. I have lived here for 15 years, the house finally feels well insulated. Highly recommend. Very fair on the price too.

3 men crews Humberto, Victor and Jesse call before on ETA. Very hot today in Oceanside, attic was twice as hot. These gentlemen were on time, walk the layout of plan of the job, layout plastic on floors, walls and path walkway near the attic. Very professional on this type of work. Attic was very hot today, so the work did not get fully completely. I understand that, due to heat in attic and we don't need anyone needing medical assistance.
I was senior plumber service. Remember those days. Great job thanks again. See you tomorrow.

We found out our attic was in terrible condition just as the COVID19 mayhem was ramping up but man, everyone from Attic Construction has been beyond empathic, helpful, kind, and above all, professional. Jason came out and did a way more thorough inspection of our attic and gave us the lay of the land without trying to sell anything but really just informing us of the state. He gave us such peace of mind and amazingly, the phase one crew was able to come the very next day. We will be requesting Humberto's crew for phase two as they were the absolute best and somehow finished ahead of schedule!!! We could not be happier or more impressed with this company and will happily sing their praises to anyone who needs help with anything in their attic!
