Andres and Catalina just left our home after inspecting our roof after a bad hailstorm. While we don't need a new roof at this point, I have to say their professionalism, friendliness, knowledge and honesty went way above and beyond. Placing them on speed dial for future concerns!

I was doing something in my attic when we noticed a large wet spot near the chimney. I was surprised, as I had had roofing work done in the same area several times.
Unfortunately, it seems the prior repairs had overlooked a 4"" diameter hole in the roof right at the base of the chimney. Apparently, racoons had made themselves very comfortable in my attic some years ago, when I had the house rented.
Thankfully, Juan Chapa and the crew from Atrium were available.
He walked around the roof in the areas close to the leak, and talked me through several possible scenarios and gave me a quote. After checking with my insurance company [they said the repair cost was below my deductible), I hired Atrium.
As Juan told me, the crew showed up bright and early one morning, and started work. They took copious pictures of their findings as they removed flashing and shingles, and sure enough they found the damaged plywood.
In a few hours they had replaced the damaged plywood, shingles and flashing, and cleaned up the site.
I was impressed with their speed, their obvious knowledge of what was required, and the way they picked up after they were done. Needles to say I was very pleased.
Surprisingly, when I offered them a little cash to buy their lunch, the crew leader told me that wasn't necessary. How often do you find workers refusing a small tip?
Hopefully, I won't need roofing services for many years, but when I do, I know where to go.

I'd give them negative if I could. Don't think they installed the 'thermal dissipation vents' correctly (or at all). It was an insurance job, insurance required them to replace a window screen which they did NOT. They broke ANOTHER screen and replaced that instead reporting things as fine. That's insurance fraud. Insurance also said we did not have to pay for gutter replacement and that money could go to deductible instead. Atrium came back months later saying we ""need to"" have the gutters installed ""or else"" and conned the job to be done, depriving us of that money for deductible. This is ALSO insurance fraud. Doubtful they even put everything in the roofing they promised when they sold the service to us. SCAMMERS. Fraudsters. AVOID.

We called Jose at Atruim Roofing because we had a glowing review of this company from my parents, who also had their roof replaced recently. Jose and his guys were professional, timely, used quality materials and did great work. They replaced our very old and worn out roof, facia trim, and installed new gutters. Every time I pull in the driveway now I think, ""dang, that roof looks *good*!"" I would recommend Atrium Roofing to friends and family looking for a new roof or gutter installation.

We used Atrium Roofing to replace our 17 year old roof. They were easy to work with from Start to Finish. Juan Chapa came to my house to meet with the insurance adjusters. All replaced items were paid for by our insurance carrier after our homeowner deductible. Juan Chapa and his team kept me updated while we awaited the materials. Once the materials were available the team did the install in two days and cleaned everything up. Juan Chapa dealt with filing the itemized forms with my insurance carrier to get the final costs covered. I highly recommend Atrium Roofing. They Went above and beyond giving the homeowners a gift card of appreciation for choosing their company. That personal touch is appreciated .

Atrium performed a rather complicated roof repair. We have a combination pitch and flat roof that had a leak in the areas where the differences meet. The people from Atrium gave us a decent quote. It was not the least expensive not the most expensive quote. They explained how they would repair the roof in a detailed and very concise manner. Atriums' employees were very professional, well mannered people. They came they repaired and left no trace of disrepair. If you're looking for someone to replace or repair your roof, you need look no further. We are very happy with their work and I'm sure, you will be too.

I recently had my Roof repaired by the great crew at Atrium , as it was damaged from the recent hail and ice storms.
Andres and his crew were extremely professional and informative. He explained every step of the process and worked with the insurance company. The crew were great and installed my roof in 1 day . They were thorough and left my lawn and shrubs in good condition. I would not hesitate to work with them. I hope it's a while though :).

I hired Atrium roofing to repair my roof due to leaking water. They charged me over $2000 to do the repairs. Several months later, the leaking started again in the same place and I asked them to fix the problem area as should have been covered by their warranty. They said that the entire roof needed to be replaced and wanted to charge me an additional $5500.

I had two separate roofers inspect my roof. Both of these other roofers said that the repairs maid by Atrium roofing were shoddy and could not be expected to prevent leaks for more than a month or two. So the money I spend with Atrium was a complete waste and I now need to pay another roofer to fix the shoddy work from Atrium.
