When I knew that my roof was going to need replacement, I reached out to several roofing companies (because that's the smart thing to do), and with each discussed what needed to be done, recent events, etc.

Andres at Atrium was straightforward and honest, noting recent weather issues that made my situation likely insurance related, possible code issues with the replacement, etc. After speaking with him, I took this to my insurance, who initially shortchanged the claim, but got this resolved appropriately after working with Andres related to the situation.

Fast forward about a month (couple weeks for the insurance, then add in material issues related to the pandemic and all that), and Atrium came out to replace our roof. In the process, one of the delivery trucks with the materials did cause some damage to my driveway (hence the delay in this review, as I wanted to see how they'd handle the situation before giving a full review).

Andres came back and worked with the company responsible for material delivery on this, and while that company didn't repair the driveway damage themselves, they did work with their insurance about such, and I'm confident that Atrium did their part to make that right. Add to this their professionalism throughout the process, the almost perfect cleanup (they left one branch that they cut down to make room from a nearby tree), and this was almost exactly what one should be looking for in a roofer.

Overall I'd rate them 4.9/5 stars, but since I can't do partials, I'll round up to 5.

I'd highly recommend considering Atrium for your roofing needs.

These guys were fantastic! They were patient with all my questions and explained everything completely. They did wonderful work. They wore masks when interacting with me (for those who are concerned about that). I am completely satisfied and love my new roof!

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Jose and the Atrium team. Jose was the only roofer who was willing to go to battle with State Farm and get us approved for a new roof. He provided additional documentation (photos) to convince State Farm to send out another adjuster 2 different times, and he met the adjuster and went up on the roof with him in the 100+ degree temps in July and August. All this with the understanding that he might never make a penny if State Farm didn't approve our hail damage claim. In addition, his roofers completed the job on time and they covered and protected our landscaping. I highly recommend Atrium Roofing as a very professional, honest, and trustworthy organization.

We had our roof replaced due to recent hail storm. We wanted a local company with local crews (not out-of-towners who come it to fix storm damage, then leave). A friend recommended Jose P and his company Atrium Roofing. Jose is an engineer, and it's clear that he comes at each job with an engineer's mindset. He did a great job teaching us about the work that was needed, answering all of our (countless) questions in terms we understood. Jose pulled permits and gave us a copy. He followed code to the letter. He worked directly with our insurance company (and helped me understand the complex insurance paperwork). Jose's crews work only with him. He knows them personally and they know what he wants done. Jose came by multiple times before the work started, during the work, and again after the job was completed.
Professional. Competent. Did what he said he'd do when he said he'd do it.
I HIGHLY recommend Atrium Roofing. We have 5 neighbors on our street alone who have chosen Atrium Roofing!

Juan Trejo came out and inspected my roof annually and checked everything which was necessary! He went over and beyond to make sure I am satisfied and all questions answered. He treated me with great service and suggested me on how to maintain my roof and avoid any further issues! It's hard to give someone a good rating if they won't even provide you a quote. They came to my house two Saturdays ago, and provided a great sales pitch on how they were the best company to go with. I was promised a quote and a follow-up call.

A week later, I hadn't gotten a quote or a call. I reached out to them, and was promised a quote by the end of the day. Still nothing.

I had great experience with Atrium Roofing. After a phone call the representative visited us at our house the next day. They were very professional, and well prepared. They showed me the pictures of previous houses and samples of my roofing options and they explained the whole process of replacing the roof. Price wise they are very reasonable . They actually offered me better options with lower price compared to other competitors. The crew Finished the work in 1.5 days total. Roof looks great now. These guys did a great job on my roof. I was clueless about it all, but Blake was always available to answer any questions I had and put me at ease. They know what they're doing! I needed a reinspection through my insurance company and they handled it all so I didn't have to worry about it. I have had zero problems with my roof since it's been replaced, and I look forward to many more worry free years. Highly recommended!
