My condo association contracted them to replace our roofs. Each homeowner was charged $10k for the work + extra for some materials.

Yesterday after they finished replacing the plywood sheeting on the rafters (a process which shook pictures of the walls), a crack developed along my ceiling/wall seam. I contacted their on-site project manager about repairing the damage. The company's position, according to her, is that the crack was due to a ""preexisting issue"" and that they are not going to repair it.

Beware of this shady roofing company. I will be taking them to court.

I am waiting on my new roof! Shingles were stripped over 7 days ago. Several rains have come down pn my stripped roof that is not covered. Not sure when the crew is returning. If you're out of material, why strip my roof to expose it to the elements????

This is my second time using Atlas Roofing - the first was about 8 years ago for a re-roof - was very pleased and have never had one issue. Tim and the entire team were professional and pleasant to work with. I recently sold my home and needed to replace some damaged fascia board - thought my handyman could handle - well he couldn't and at the last minute I needed someone who could get the job done - called Tim and he sent a team who did an amazing job - even rehung my lights in the back yard! They know what they are doing and I would highly recommend Atlas

We own one on a 12 unit townhome in Mexico Beach. All the units were flooded on the main floor. As a group, we hired Atlas Roofing to replace the metal roof. So yesterday, the workers started placing material on the roof. They used my deck, as we had the rail removed. Not a big deal. My husband shows up and all the locked front, back and patio door are wide open. My question of the day, is why the workers needed to break into my damaged home for roof work? The owner and salesman's answer was, ""I'm sorry"". Hmmm... If the roof was just my unit I would cancel!!!! Per the city of MB there has been numerous complaints against Atlas, mostly last week. I'm filing a police report.

After obtaining the proposal, the work was cancelled for the for the following reasons

1) Failure to communicate or follow up from Atlas Roofing regarding permit status, start-up and complete date, despite Owner's attempts (no less than 10 attempts via cell phone and texts to Atlas Roofing)
2) Failure by Atlas Roofing to even submit a building permit (verified with City of Deerfield Beach Building Dept on Feb 26, 2019) in the four weeks since proposal was accepted

Based on the other reviewer's comment, lack of communication and follow through seem to be the norm with Atlas Roofing Fl ... I would recommend NOT doing business with them.

I had a recent roof leak. I contacted Geoff Ward at Atlas Roofing (954-647-2530). The next day, Mr. Ward came to my home with photographs of my home. He inspected the roof and rotten wood from the leak. He told me that he will send me a proposal the next day. True to his word, the next day I received the proposal and I accepted it. The proposal was very detailed. Several days later, a crew came to my home. The work was completed in 2 days. I am extremely satisfied with the work. The workers were very competent and worked efficiently and clean. I recommend this company for your roofing needs.

Not good so far... keep getting the run around by Geof ... can't even get my job quoted .... and I haven't even hired Atlas roofing yet .... humm.

It's tough to trust a business that says it will call you back and never does. I called the main line and they referred me to Tim to get an estimate. I left a message for Tim, and he never called back. I called the main line again and let them know that no one ever returned my call. They assured me that Tim would call me back. He never did. Not the best way to start a customer relationship.
