Extreme professionals, they were very responsive after being contacted for an estimate. Adam came out and provided his license and did a thorough inspection of the area where we had a leaky roof. He quickly identified the issue, the previous contractor installed the incorrect type of roofing on a shall grade area of the roof that let moss build up and water to pool around and slip through standard shingles, and showed me with samples how this was happening. We signed a contract and they started within their estimated start window and completed the work very quickly. And the roof withstood this season of heavy rains. I would use them again if/when the time comes!

It was a very nice experience with Atlas Roofing. We want a new roof in preparation for solar panel installation. Daniel came to check on the roof and gave us an honest opinion on its condition and provided us multiple options to have the roof ready for solar panel installation. I reached out to Atlas Roofing to get an estimate on a new roof since my roof was old and leaky. Daniel came out to do an estimate promptly to check my current roof. Out of all the roofers that came out to an estimate, he was the only one that got on the roof to do a through inspection. None of the other roofers wen ton the roof to see what kind of potential problems they could run into if they were to redo the roof. Once the inspection was done, he explained to me how the quote would work, when i would expect the quote and answered all my questions. Their bid was very competitive to everyone else I got a quote from. I would recommend reaching out to Atlas.

Our roof had a small leak in the back of the roof after heavy rain recently.
I had multiple quotes from different roofing companies, but Daniel was the only one who actually climbed on the roof to investigate potential problem area, made measurements, and explained in detail what will be done to fix the problem.
Daniel has been very attentive, responsive, and responsible.
He moved around his schedule the day after the request to squeeze in time to stop by and do the estimate, and scheduled for repair to be done 2 days later.
He even cleaned up some tree branches around front of the roof.
Would definitely recommend this company for all roofing jobs.

We recently replaced a section of our home's gutter because it had rotted through. After getting a few estimates, we decided on First Tier Exterior for a seamless gutter replacement. The quality of the gutter was excellent, and the aluminum material they used was powder coated to closely match the trim on our home.

Jeremy and Robert set up a time to come and visit the house and scope the work within a day or so after contacting them, they were very professional, showed up on time and had a knowledgable swagger to their presentation showing that they knew their stuff.

After they left, we did not hesitate to decide to award FTE the job and they showed up within 2 days, again on time, with a crew that had the whole job done from start to finish in about 3 hours.

They actually had 3 crews, that worked in succession. One crew did the demo of the old gutters, the next one bent the gutter material to our homes specifications, and a third did the install and did quality control (and got the check!)

Their work exceeded our expectations, and the value of their work was great. They weren't the cheapest bid, but their quality and value was worth what they charged and was well within our budget.

We recommend First Tier Exterior without reservation.

Sometimes you come across a person or business who is so outstanding that it is hard to encapsulate in a single ""rating"". Adam at Atlas Roofing is one such business owner. Adam did the pre-sale roof replacement on a home that we purchased in July 2023. When it appeared that there was a rain associated leak causing a crack in the drywall over a second story window, he came out the next day and (in pouring rain) did a thorough inspection and repair of the roof (and the window itself for which he was not responsible!). Adam is a great guy and, in my experience, a rare business owner in the Bay Area who brings superb knowledge and skill as well as a strong sense of personal responsibility to his clients. I could not recommend him more highly.
