Adam was incredibly responsive and helpful. We came to have him look at a very specific issue but he inspected our whole roof to make sure there were no other signs of roof decay or damage that could lead to future leaks. It was a minor issue that he quickly addressed and wouldn't let me pay him! We will definitely be using Atlas Roofing for any future roof issues.

Our ceiling was leaking from the storm. I requested an estimate from atlas roofing. Anton responded quickly. He managed to squeeze in my appointment though his schedule was already full. When he came by my house, he was able to quickly identify the leak source which turned out to be a few spots on the roof. He went above and beyond and tried to give us a temporary solution to prevent further leak before the permanent solution can be put in. His quote was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend his service and atlas roofing.

I very rarely give reviews but i have to give a shout out to Jacob at Atlas Roofing. I contacted the company on the first Saturday that stormed so heavily in the Bay Area. Our upstairs bathroom ceiling was leaking due to the heavy rains. Jacob answered and he did say he had a very full schedule but would come out after his last customer. He kept in touch with me that day saying he was running late but would still make it. HE DID! He tried his hardest to help but it was just too dangerous to get on our steep roof that evening. He assured us that he would get our roof fixed within a few days. (They were understandably swamped due to the epic rains in the bay area). Jacob was thoughtful and professional. Jacob called a few days later and said Anton was coming to fix the roof. Anton was excellent as well! I had called many roofers to help us that Saturday. I left messages with many companies with no return calls.
Atlas Roofers were the only ones to answer my call and they went out of their way to help us. We contacted our property management and highly recommended this company! Big thanks to Jacob and Anton!!Highly recommended!!!

Our ceiling had a leak after a hard rain and Jacob from Atlas Roofing was able to come to repair it that same day. He was extremely thorough in searching for the leak source and evaluating the best way to treat the problem. He did a great job and we will definitely be using Atlas for our future roofing needs.

My family had a amazing experience with Atlas roofing. Adam took his time explaining the process and materials that would be used on our first visit. The workers returned and completed the work in a day before the rain started. Adam also called to check on us after the rain stopped to make sure the roof wasn't leaking and giving us any problems. I got in touch with Adam over yelp. We scheduled a roof inspection today, but since it was raining at the time I attempted to call it off. I was extremely happy that it did not call off. I had the pleasure of meeting Jacob. Upon meeting Jacob he was very straight forward and also sensitive to the time. After a couple of mins of discussion about safety concerns, Jacob assured that it would be ok.

The next thing is what won me over. Contract companies, take a page out of this guy's book.
1 - he inspected the roof as well as my attic and found / confirmed that there were actually nail pops that showed up on the roof. he then continued patiently and described what was installed and provided information for me that confirmed the condition of my attic with detailed images and explanation.
2 - he then explained to me what type of room, minor and major materials are composed of the roof, and also what condition it was in
3 - Jacob was spot on with the age of the roof as well as informed me of what condition it was in on the sides (from what I see that's visible)
4 - he also made proper recommendations without selling me anything for service.
5 - he not only offered to perform the minor repairs for free, and showed me pictures of what was inspected and provided measurements and details to those measurements.

This (for all you other contractors) should look at this example and use it as a golden rule of thumb. Jacob was an honest and very straight forward as well as kind individual. I absolutely love this type of interaction where the vendor is happy to take time and explain what they are doing in order to keep enduser/customers informed and happy about the work. They had no secrets to keep or any tricks. Straight forward and honest along with just generally a good heart.

I asked them to setup a roof refresh or repair job because of me and my wife's paranoid nature, but he kept pushing back and telling me that I didn't need it. This 1st interaction really was great.

I do look forward to working with Atlas roofing for the remaining years that I live at my home.

Bob came out and gave a fair and hopefully accurate assessment for a roof repair. I hope to get a couple more years out of this one. Valleys and other areas were sealed. We'll know more soon enough!

Selected Atlas after getting 35 bids from other roofers. I'll never need another roofer. They weren't the cheapest, but absolutely the best value- great product, great work, fast, clean, pleasant and they STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! One call and they are on site! It has been nearly 7 years since they did my roof and gutters, still looks brand new. The thicker, darker shingles improved my insulation and cut down my heating bills in the fog belt. It took me 3 weeks to get all those bids, and I'm glad I did the research, Atlas was the reward.

Well I had the owners son come out for the estimate for a leaky roof we had and its been 4 weeks now with no quote. He claims he has e-mailed me but I still have not gotten it. He told me he would drop it off in my mail box the next morning, That didn't happen. Call them up for the 6th time about it and they can't push the guy they said, he's the owners son. What kind of business is this. Well I told them I am using someone else for the job not to even bother in sending the quote over. If the takes this long for just a quote, not sure what kind of quality of work they would do.
