I had a horrible experience with Atlas Building and Roofing, Inc, especially with Berry. 
He didn't complete nor follow through on the contracted work but still demanded payment. When he was called out, he made a weak attempt to rectify the matter then became aggressive and started to belittle me, accused me of ""playing games"" and said that if he didn't get payment, he would file a lien. This job was contracted by the HOA board . It just happened to be my unit that was affected. 
We did pay the invoice but the experience with this company was both disappointing and frustrating and the job provided was done poorly and incompletely. The area that was painted eventually after numerous requests for them to come back out to apply the paint, was done with a color that is completely different from the existing color so now that doesn't match. I was also promised a water test after the paint was dry and the job was completed, and that never happened. My experience with this company was beyond unsatisfactory and I would not recommend them to anyone as they are unprofessional, rude, and condescending.

Atlas tore off a 30 year old comp shingle roof and installed a new owens corning comp shingle roof on my parents house. Old rock wool insulation was removed and new batt insulation was installed into their attic. The work was done quickly and Atlas provided the best quote of several that we received. The crew was professional and there was even a portable bathroom on site. The new roof looks great. Atlas even installed a replacement attic vent fan for one that had been cracked due to age.
