throughout the process. The roof replacement was completed in a timely and professional manner and looks great. The new roof got tested right away as it rained a few days after it was completed.
The original replacement estimate was very reasonable, but it was discovered after they removed the old shingles, that plywood had to be installed on the entire roof to meet current code, adding several thousand to the job. (it should be noted that none of the other estimates I received noted the plywood issue).
