We ordered seamless gutters but when they came to install they told us the machine was down! My husband made the decision to let them install anyway...big mistake!!! At the seam it now leaks. We have been calling for 2 months and no one has called us back!!!! if they don't want to fix the issue just let us know!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY to anyone.

Thought I left a five-star review but did not see it. Got the leave filter installed on our gutter last month. Great experience with everyone in the process. Tim visited our home and provided an estimate. We got the proposal/contract the next day once we decided to go with Atlas. After we signed the contract, we were allowed 7 days to walk away in case we changed our mind. Today, Austin and David, the two gutter technicians, did the installation. They are the real professional working with gutters. They cleaned my yard thoroughly (lots debris from my plugged gutter) after the installation. Everything went smoothly. Atlas earned my trust and they are the company to go for your gutter job!

We needed gutter guards to protect our gutters from pine needles and other debris which was collecting in our gutters. After researching and identifying three possible vendors, we choose Atlas Building Solutions' Valor Gutter Guards.

The first vendor was a well-known provider of gutter guards but wanted THREE TIMES the cost of Atlas Building Solutions, and their product is made from PVC, not aluminum! The second vendor, a small local installer, was selling another manufacturer's product but lacked the resources that Atlas Building Solutions has, being both a manufacturer and installer.

I would recommend Atlas Building Solutions to anyone looking to protect their gutters at a reasonable price.

I originally called Atlas to help with a terrible gutter installation on my newer home. They came up with an excellent solution that saved me hundreds of dollars. Then I had a few issues afterwards and they came back several times to help me and even went above and beyond giving me information on what I needed to do. The office and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company. They are good and honest! And don't try to oversell you!

They were not the lowest cost bidder but they had good reviews. Our initial appointment slipped a couple of times. We were happy with the initial installation we thought, but when the rains came the system did not drain properly. Our tenant has been draining it by hand.

I have contacted them numerous times since January and it's now March and they have not been out to fix or repair the gutters as promised.

Yet another company with poor customer facing capability . Called for a gutter quote and a guy comes to measure. Settle on a price and says someone will call to schedule. Nobody calls. Finally I called them and they act confused saying someone was supposed to call me but they didn't and the other guy was supposed to call me but they didn't in the end when the excuses were done we finally set a date for the work. Day of the work comes and nobody shows up. Finally as the day lingers on I called them and all I get is well my name is on a whiteboard with my name circled and I'm not on the schedule. The boss is in meetings and will get back to me eventually. The assumption is we will have to reschedule. Finally I get a callback and they tell me yes indeed they have a big commercial job and my job has to be slipped. They say they tried to call me but my phone has no record of a call no voicemail no email no junk mail. When the excuses were over I said enough is enough Return my deposit. They did, promptly. These companies need to figure out that it's not good enough to do an OK job, they also need to treat customers like people, not cattle.
