After multiple quotes we decided to hire Jacob from Atlas Builders and Development Inc. to replace our roof, paint the exterior of our home, install new windows and design of our new rain gutter system. From the beginning he checked all of our boxes for an ideal contractor. He was very professional and provided us with itemized quotes which he took the time to go over in detail. Our home is on a hillside so we knew this would be a challenging job given the height of the home and inhibited complexity of hillsides. While other contractors made it very difficult to deal with the project as a whole, Jacob took pride in taking on our challenging project and made us feel reassured from beginning to end. As always with any construction project there were some small hiccups along the way, but Jacob and his team were always available and on top of things, ensuring the project moved along smoothly. He was always very flexible and accommodating to ensured we were 100% satisfied with the results. If your looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and simply someone who cares about his work and its ethical in the trade, look no more! Highly recommend this company, will definitely use them again!

Jacob was a great guy that quoted me a fair price despite the market being as crazy as it is. He was always responsive when I needed something and made the remodel process smooth.

Jacob remodeled my kitchen, flooring, and tore down a wall separating two living rooms. It took about a couple months for everything to be completed. The workers he had were professional and were great at doing what they do.

Attlas did our bathrooms remodel (2) as well as built a brand new sunroom/covered back patio. There's no question as to the quality of work and the attention to detail. Under Jacob's expert direction his crews work VERY reliably and efficiently. I was never in danger of not knowing what was going on or being ghosted by the crew. We used Atlas, Inc for our home renovation, specifically a kitchen remodel and are very grateful and happy on how the final product turned out. In the initial stages, a lot of ideas were bounced back and forth and Jacob was willing to collaborate in order to get to where it needed to be. The speed of how everything came together from the initial demo, to choosing aspects of the kitchen along the way to the final product was very fast which was awesome because it's hard to be without a kitchen for too long. The workers were very nice, efficient and knew their respective crafts so didn't feel like we had to monitor them too much. Any potential issues were worked out fast and the project moved along quickly and efficiently. Love our new kitchen and everything was worth it! We definitely will keep them in mind for future projects because their guidance was very helpful during the kitchen renovation and it would be great for other projects in and around the home.
