Jorge & crew are very honest and diligent. We had some small repairs done after Hurricane Ian and called them again for possible leaking through a 1st floor window most recently. After a thorough check of the roof, it was determined we have a hairline crack in the stucco. No big deal.. not a roof issue but now we have peace of mind. All future roofing needs will be handled by Atlantis. Thank you Jorge !

The roof was leaking and water was streaming down from the ceiling into several buckets so I called for quotes from various roofing companies in the area. There are time constraints and roofers in the area are very busy. Typically, I obtain three quotes from contractors for every home project and choose the best but this time I had five.

Atlantis was the first to arrive. Jorge went in the attic and on the roof and investigated the source of the problem and took photos to back it up. He also showed in one photo that there was one broken tile in addition to the repair needed. Quote arrived the same day and was very easy to understand.

The other four contractors that came here could not figure out why the roof was leaking or told me it was definitely my AC and I needed to call a HVAC contractor or told me it was something else and they couldn't figure it out. One of these other contractors told me I had at least eight broken tiles on the roof. How would I know since I wasn't climbing up on the roof? But this other company added it to their quote. There was truly only one broken tile and they were lying.

Of course I went with Atlantis and I am so glad I did. Their guy was confident about his diagnosis that the leak was coming from the plumbing stack on the roof. He had photos to back it up. The quote was reasonable. Best of all, the team he sent here fixed the problem proving that without a doubt he was correct!

I learned a few things from this experience and I wanted to first applaud Atlantis and Jorge. Very qualified!! Also, I learned there are a lot of contractors who have inspectors employed that are either not qualified or didn't want a smaller job or would lie to buff up the cost.

I hope never to have another roofing problem but if I ever do, I will definitely call Atlantis Roofing. This was an excellent experience and I am very grateful for their honesty, skills and reasonable cost. Now I'm letting everyone know!

I received both of these comments from Mindy L. of Atlantis Roofing of Naples. It was clear that I did business with this company and I sent copies of invoices that I received. I don't know the reason for her responses but it appears that Atlantis Roofing is denying responsibility by blaming me. The only legal action that was presented was their threat to sue me if I did not pay my bill in full after their egregious behavior.

I called Atlantis to find the source of a roof leak into my garage. Jorge came out to inspect the roof & provide a reasonable quote within a couple of hours of my call. He scheduled the repair quickly & personally supervised the crew. By coincidence, we had some gutters being installed the same day & Jorge skillfully managed the work to avoid any conflicts. We were in touch by phone or in person throughout the entire work process. Overall the customer service from Jorge was outstanding.

Atlantis Roofing responded quickly to my call for help, for my Naples home. I noticed I had many screws that had lifted on my 13 year old metal roof. After the first two ""recommended"" roofers came and told me I needed to spend $100k for a new roof, thankfully I called Atlantis. They said my problem was routine maintenance. In two days a terrific crew came out, and quickly and with no mess replaced every screw and rubber washer. Their price was fair and I couldn't be happier.
If I ever have another roof problem, or someone needs a referral, these are the folks to call!

I would like to say thank you to Atlantis Roofing for finishing all the roofs which had damage from hurricane Irma. We are taking care of a lot of houses and many of them had some minor to more extensive damage and one had to be totally replaced. All of them were done in a timely matter. Good job!
