Now here is a first class company. Raul the owner came out and gave me an estimate on friday, monday morning he was here at 7:30 getting to work. First class work with pics, I would recommend him to anyone that needs a repair. Wish I was building a house, and wish he was still roofing! I know I would get a way better than a regular job.
You won't be disappointed.

Raul the owner is the sweetest person you will ever meet! He exceeded all of our expectations. As a first time homeowner (under a year), we woke up to a leak coming from our roof in one of our bedrooms. I called Atlantis Roofing bright and early, and Raul picked up immediately and was able to come take a look at our roof within the hour.

I really appreciated Raul asking if we either wanted to come up to the roof with him, or to have him record by video what he is looking at and what he would be basing his quote off of. We opted for the video, and as he came down he really walked us through what we were watching and what was needed to fix the leak. He was very honest in telling us that we actually had a great roof, and whoever installed it did a wonderful job, but the only downfall was that the previous owners did not keep up with maintenance. (Apparently as home owners, we should get on our roof every 1-3 years to inspect for broken tiles, shifting of tiles, debris, etc. It will prolong the life of your roof.) Based off the lack of maintenance, it didn't allow for our valleys to work correctly. (I may be completely wording this incorrectly.)

Long story short, he was honest and frank with us about what was needed. He was very kind and we completely trusted Raul with our home. Once he was completed with the job, he made sure to text us all the images of the completed work.

I always have bad luck with contractors, but not this time. I needed a small repair done on my roof, so after seeing some positive reviews for Atlantis, I gave them a call. It was a pleasant experience from word one. Raul answered the phone himself, and after asking me some questions in order to ascertain what I needed, he said he could come out the very next day. He arrived right on time, if not a few minutes early. After taking stock of the situation, he went to work and had me fixed up in less than 30 minutes. The whole experience could not have been better. I wish all contractors were this honest, fair, and good at what they do.

If/when I need further roof repairs, Atlantis Roofing is the only place I will call! If you call them, keep in mind that as of right now, they only repair TILE roofs.

In March between rainstorms, edge pieces of wood holding up the edge cement tiles had major wood-rot & was ripping away from the roof. Some tiles had already fallen off the roof. I have a 2-story house & the wood & cement tiles were hanging precariously. The owner came out to give me an estimate. He climbed up to the roof & videotaped all the damage to show me before giving me an estimate. Owner came out with crew to start job. Job took 2 days to finish. Owner showed up both days to check on progress. Crew videotaped & took pictures throughout progress since I could not climb up on roof. Great job! I highly recommend this company.

Raul was very professional when quoting repairs needed on my roof. He was quick to respond and had a crew on-site the following day whom completed the needed repairs in a timely manner. It was a very positive experience and his crew went up and above in ensuring that I was satisfied before they left my home.

Raul is a true professional, honest and fair pricing. The quality of work he and his staff performed was done the way the original contacted should have completed years prior. He made it out to repair my tile roof before the big storms start and due to rain he came back a second and third day to finished some smaller tasks in between storms for no additional charges. His quick response to my call saved me lots of water damage this winter.

This is an updated review. There was a long winded one previously. In short, we had Atlantis come out in 2012 and the work was not done to our liking. The former employees that were representing this company no longer work for them. They promised things and it was unfulfilled. They sent some others out to clean the mess after we called them. However, they were unprofessional in our opinion. At that point we no longer wanted to deal with this company.

Sometimes it's difficult to gauge whether this is a reflection of companies values from ownership or employees. Clearly the employees did not hold the company's values like the ownership did and that can be detrimental to a business's success.

We recently contacted Atlantis to give them another opportunity to make things right. Raul, the owner was on top of things and paid attention to the details his former employees lacked. We were in communication every step of the way and could not be more pleased in the results. After this very positive experience, there is regret in the previous review. There is no way to alter the past but we hope by sharing this positive experience that it will affect the future.

Upon putting the finishing touches, Raul let me know, he has his hands on every project to ensure top quality workmanship. If he's on each job, he will be doing quality control to ensure all roofs are quality.

Had my roof fixed by these guys. my roof was leaking they did a good job but they are very expensive and I was very broke but they did an excellent job.

Raul was professional, very respectful of my home. He was very honest about the condition of my roof. He helped me to make the best possible decision to get my roofing needs met, and explained how i could avoid costly errors with the repairs. If i ever need repairs again, i will be calling them back.

Additionally, even though i was late getting home for my appointment, Raul rearranged his schedule to make sure he could help me the same day.

During the last storm, we noticed the floor in our laundry room was wet. We look up that the ceiling was also wet.

The service we received from the Atlantis was great. Come to the find out the gentleman who came over for the consult was the owner. He was extremely professional, dressed nicely, and wore shoe booties when he stepped into our home. He recorded the roof inspection using an ipad. I watched a continuous 7 min video of his findings.

I had a cracked tile and it was obvious. He guessed that it might have been cracked for about 2 years given the damage to the wood. He also showed me some other concerns with loose tiles and the sealing of the bathroom vents.

They came out the very next day to do the repairs. they told us it would take 5 hours but they were done in 3. They took progress photos along the way. They also showed me damaged wood before they put in the truck to haul it away. I was easily able to chip away some wood.

I have referred them to my neighbors and I noticed the Atlantis truck across the street just the other day. I plan to have my roof checked every 2-3 years and I will definitely used Atlantis again.
