J R.My experience with Steve was shaky from the beginning. He wanted to start the work right away, but then ended up rescheduling our first appointment (the day of, an hour after he was due to arrive & after ignoring my phone calls all morning). When he did show up to do the work it ended up being different than what was described and unacceptable. I paid extra for more materials for him to come back and fix it (which he did) and the result was acceptable.
The pavement began chipping away after 4 months, and while his work is guaranteed for 18 months, I have been unable to get a hold of him for repair (we agreed to an appointment when I originally reached out, but he has not returned a message for several months now).
Overall, my experience was not great and my driveway is not great.
