These guys are the best. We contracted them to do our condo roofing (2 units in Highland Beach). From the first phone call to the finish of the job they were first class. I knew nothing about rubber roofs when we had our first phone call and after talking to more than 3 contractors I knew more than I wanted. Steve was wonderful. He walked me through every detail of the job they were going to do. He allowed me to call back several times as I debated which roof I wanted and the guarantee I was willing to accept. In the end the decision to use Atlantic Coast was easy. When the project started Steve came to the condo and introduced his team to me so I knew who was on our roof and what time they would start and when they would finish. They cleaned up every day and kept us up to date on the job. In the end there was a little extra materials left over which Steve took off the final bill. What a great way to get a good review, a refund before we paid. I highly recommend these guys if your looking to replace your roof.

He has shown remarkable attention to detail and explained the contract quote and what work it would entail and why. The flat roof I had done by Atlantic Coast Contractors was finished when Mr Hardy said it would be, and I am entirely pleased with the outcome.
