Worst company ever! Do not use! I hired them back in November to clean my gutters. They did an ok job. I mailed my payment to the owners house which come to find he never received. Instead of a simple phone call he has one of his workers show up at my house on a Sunday demanding payment. I told him I already sent it in. He notified me that was the wrong address and have me the new one. After a $30 cancel check payment to my bank I mailed a new check.

On the following Monday I was served by certified mail that if my payment was not received that they would put a lien on my home...what?? They also mailed on Monday another letter demanding payment with the threat of a lien. They have called my husband about 8 times now leaving threatening messages.

Two problems I have. One, you gave me the wrong address and Two, you are showing up at my residence harrassing me and threatening to put a lien on my house. It hasn't even been 90 days like most companies. Money hungry jerks!

Ricardo and Robert serviced my gutters and did a fantastic job. They arrived within the assigned time frame and immediately got started. I have a large roof and deck and they were in and out within 1 to 1.5 hours. They blew out all of the leaves in the gutter, sprayed any residue out of the gutters, blew the leaves off my deck and lawn, then washed off my deck. Exceptional service and would highly recommend. Can pay online or over the phone via credit card, paypal, or check. No service fees applied when paying by credit card, which is nice.

WOW. Just read the OWNER'S reply to my review (see below). The guy wrote a bible length manifesto about how, in so many words, I was in the wrong? THIS is a great example of why not to do business with someone. Look, how hard is it to just own up to it and apologize when you screw up? He went on in his ranting and raving to say, and I quote, ""The customer know that he was approving gutter cleaning and we would be giving the quote to be done at another time at no extra cost or inconvenience to him."" Well, if you read my complaint you will see that I did NOT know this as I was told by someone in YOUR office that I could just tell them that I wanted guards installed and that they would do it while there.

I think you really need to just learn to accept criticism and move forward. If you screw up, admit it, apologize, and move on. The way you conduct your replies on Yelp is a great example of the kind of person you are and that is someone that I would NEVER trust to have my best interest in mind. I will be letting people in my neighborhood and on the East Lake Listserv NOT to go with your company.

Crew came out within two days. U don't need to be home during their service. Courtesy call the day prior to service with three hour window. Full roof inspection included. Crew will fix minor roof/gutter issues on the spot at low cost. Service fees reasonable. Respectful, on time, efficient and fast. Will call them again without hesitation.

I received great service from this company. They came out to clean my gutters and was nice enough to blow the leaves off my driveway in a fairly nice pile to make it easier for me to bag. When they left the bill, it was higher than my initial quote. I contacted them and they researched the issue and found out that they initially quoted me incorrectly. Instead of hassling me, they honored their initial quote without issue. That's how customer service is supposed to work.

. As an update to my original review, I reiterate my rating of a 1 star rating. Now it's not only just dealing with a bad crew, it's also now a bad owner. I would give it a no star if possible after listening to the ranting and raving of Brad L.(the so called owner). He can not give it a rest that he had/has a bad crew when they cleaned my gutters and he just can't handle it. I have received about 9 or 10 responses from him berating me, how does he know what happened that day( he doesn't), only his crew and I do. He askeds me where the smoking gun is and I told him ""it is my eyes"", which he doesn't believe and starts accusing that I must be an ex-employee or competitor or someone out to get him. Other, then his screen name, I have no idea who he is, but he sounds like he has a persecution complex. I watched the crew go up and down from the roof and when they asked me if I wanted them to repair the missing and damaged shingles/ broken vent cap and I gave them the go ahead, NOBODY was able to tell me how they were able to fix the issues without taking ANY shingles or vent parts up to the roof. Also how were they able to match my shingles, I looked into their van, I saw a couple of shingle parts and bit not much else they did not have shingles of every color, make and model. I had some extra shingles in the basement, I asked them if they needed them. He said he had them covered, I asked how, he said he had some in the van for this color of roof, even though I NEVER EVER saw anyone take any out of the van, even though I saw absolutely no shingles of my make and color when I was standing at the back of that vehicle. The after picture shows my same color,make, model and even worn down shingle as if the one taken out of the van was rubbed down and worn to match the rest of the shingle. Also the vent piece was not shiny or new black like it should have been, it looked like it was sun worn, go figure once again. I am just a modest home owner no more no less, I am also a moderate DIYer so if I can reach it and have the right tool, I either can
handle/repair it or know what needs to be done to fix it. Brad L. screams that I am not listed as a customer, the name on the invoice is my wife's, she kept her maiden name for professional reasons. well I just re-pulled the invoice, looking at it, the crew leader is Casey and the crew tech is Tim. If you make a gutter cleaning appt with ABGC and you see that the crew leader is named Casey, you'll need to decide
what from there. If it was me, I would close the door.

And not only do I feel they cheated me on the shingle/cap repair, they never cleaned up 1/2 the house. They cleaned up the front and the side where the driveway is, but the side furthest away and the back side of the house was never cleaned up. My wife had to hose down the sides of the house and also
rake up the leaves, not a big deal, but it was something that they should have done.

UPDATE TO THE UPDATE 7/29
Dude .. you don't get it.. and this is what I tried to explain to you on the phone.. The rain came within 60 days of the original gutter cleaning. All the gutters were clear at the time EXCEPT FOR ONE HARD TO REACH SECTION. The gutters were cleaned spring into summer. . not a time of year in Atlanta when its like Fall and the place is going nuts with leaves. If you are to be believed, all those leaves just magically fell in the that one section while avoiding every other piece of guttering on the roof. . or, your guys totally missed it. . which one do you think happened? Again, this is totally what it was like dealing with you on the phone - obstinate difficult and refusing to consider that maybe, something went wrong. Oh and btw, when I used other professional gutter cleaners they did it twice a year and it was fine . . oddly enough the gutters didn't fill ever 45 days...

Well now this is pretty funny . . below is my original review posted in 2014 and it has taken 2 years for the owner of the business to reply. His argument is in 45 days gutters get clogged. . maybe if this was the fall, but spring into summer? Not at my house. And the bottom line was . . every gutter was clear except for this one section that was in a difficult to reach spot and was not cleaned, hence that was the only section of the gutters to actually overflow with the rain.. Reading many of the reviews on here, clearly some customers had a great experience and are very happy - that's awesome. But if you read the aggressive push back and excuse making for anyone who posts anything negative, you get the feeling this is a company that doesn't deal well with its screw ups, and doesn't believe they could possibly be in the wrong. . the customer is always a whiny pain in the ass. So, if you wanna use these guys, take a chance and get a good job, it will probably work out. But if you are one of the unlucky ones who has an issue, expect to encounter a wall of no help, excuses, and push back. Bon Chance!

well i guess you can call your company anything . . but i suppose ""Atlanta's half-ass gutter cleaners who don't finish the job and then will charge you to come back"" wouldn't have the same ring to it. Bottom line, these guys did a job in April, they missed an entire section, so when it poured with rain in june and the gutters overflowed, I asked them to come back and fix it. . they said they would but because it was past the 35 day guarantee, i would be charged. Forget it guys, either you do the job properly or you don't get a call back.

Very pleased with Atlanta's Best. Good communication re: appointment time (they came while I was away which is fine -- you don't need to be there) and did an excellent job on the cleaning. A marked improvement over the last company I used which left leaves and twigs all over the place. Upfront with reasonable pricing and solid work. Will continue to use this company and to recommend to others.
