We have used Atlanta Roofing Specialists to replace roofing for our residential and commercial properties. Both time, we are extremely happy with the result. This past week, I scheduled a repair estimate for my in-laws house. They have a water damage along the ceiling and wall of the guest bedroom. Rictor was the technician that came out. Even though the result of his finding was not roofing related, we really appreciated his time and suggestions.

This company was a joy to work with. They installed the new roof for both buildings in my condo complex. They also installed a skylight and added some structural support. ARS was prompt, extremely responsive, and truly went over and above the call of duty by helping me secure some additional materials for another project. Dan was my point of contact, and he could not have been more helpful, more professional, and truly a made the experience very easy. If there was an issue, ARS worked quickly to resolve it. We had a tree fall through our roof and it did quite a lot of damage. We had called a couple of other roofers until we call ARS. Kevin came out and gave us a great price. Because of all the rain we had to wait but when the day finally arrived Ricky's crew started ripping the roof off. It took a day and half but they worked thru the mist and rain. When they left you would not know that anyone had been here. They cleaned up everything. Keith was our supervisor and he went over the contract as well as the change orders and answered all my husband question so there was no guess work on the final price. We were very happy. I thought I needed a new roof after a few months of high winds, but didn't just want anyone up there after reading how some roofing companies scam people. I checked the TrustDale.com website and found Atlanta Roofing. Rictor Vipond from Atlanta Roofing came out to assess the damage and I was told it didn't need to be completely replaced at the moment and could be repaired. I found Atlanta Roofing to be very professional; they actually answer their phone, were prompt from the first phone call to the finish of the job, gave me an awesome price, used the best materials, gave me a warranty on their work and cleaned up. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needed a trustworthy roofing company with quality workmanship.

This company is on top of its game. I oversee our condo complex HOA and have had very little experience with roofers before this project. When we decided to replace the roofing, I was apprehensive after meeting with 3 companies who quoted very high prices and didn't take the time to meet with the board. Thankfully I came across Atlanta Roofing Specialists and they were phenomenal for multiple reasons:

- met with members of the board to discuss the process
- flew a drone over the roof twice to assess the issue
- affordably priced
- project supervisor called the day of the project to ensure we coordinated everything smoothly and was always responsive to my calls/messages within minutes
- completed the job faster than they quoted
- they left our driveways, decks and yard cleaner than when they started

My roof was over 25 years old and it was time for it to be replaced. I knew nothing about roofing, so I reviewed several U-Tube videos on roofing, gutters, and gutter covers. From sources like Best Pick Reports and Home Services Review, I chose 5 roofing contractors to evaluate my situation and provide an estimate. Of the 3 good proposals, I chose Atlanta Roofing Services to install my roof, gutter, and gutter covers. They were not the lowest price, but I liked what they had to offer and felt comfortable working with them.

Riktor Vipond, the sales representative was a pleasure to deal with - he was very informative, answered all my questions, and was willing to discuss all details. All important issues were included in the contract agreement. Unit price items like plywood sheet replacement was listed under unit price items.

Pedro and the crew were hard working and efficient. They worked from 8:00 am to dark (5:30 pm) and finished the job in two consecutive days. They protected my shrubbery and AC units, and covered all unfinished work with tarps overnight. All materials were installed per contract specification. I reviewed the work every one or two hours. Two minor issues that came up were quickly resolved to my satisfaction. A supervisor, Daniel, stopped by each day to review the work. The clean up was quite thorough.

The gutters and gutter covers were installed two days later in a timely manner. Riktor came by that same afternoon for the final inspection.

I was very pleased with the work, and the roof looks really good. Some of the things I liked about ARS are - GAF Master Elite Installers, 10 year transferrable workmanship warranty, GAF lifetime material warranty, good insurance, the materials used, trained and experienced crews, good ratings from various sources, removes all roofing nails when removing the roof, polite, and easy to work with. I have already recommended ARS to a friend of mine.

This really is simply not a good way to go. They compensate for their out-of-date processor by using a company that charges the customer an extra 3% on their ticket. Not to mention when they actually perform the work, problems mysteriously arise shortly after. I talked to a ""Specialist"" about it and he offered to come make repairs for an additional fee. NOPE! Seems like a bait and switch to me. Offering subpar work and charging more to fix their own mistakes.....Just fix the original problem the first time. It looks like I am not the only person to have this issue either. STAY AWAY

Atlanta Roofing Specialists completed a repair of my roof. This was a great experience from the first call for an estimate through the completion the of the job. I contacted two other roofing companies prior to contacting Atlanta Roofing Specialists. One would not even provide an estimate and the other was only interested in selling me a new roof. The Atlanta Roofing Specialists technician who provided the estimate was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The team that completed the repair was punctual, courteous and professional. When I need a new roof, I will use Atlanta Roofing Specialists.

Tried several times to speak to the person who completed a roofing job for me. Each time I called a person stating they were an answering service stated that I needed to call back. The Atlanta Roofing specialist did a botched job for me less than a year ago. Soon after the leaking begin again in the same area. However, the Alanna roofing specialist refuse to talk to me about it and never came out to resolve the issue.
