We contacted Atlanta Roofing last year as part of an overall renovation project. When it came time to do the entire roof replacement, our budget was exhausted. After deciding to delay the roof work until the end of this year, a leak developed. I was grateful to be fit in to the schedule in a matter of days. The crew that started the job left damaged siding and put off completion for several days. I was very disappointed. I called and was connected to Sharon who had been on vacation when my job was planned. She was outstanding!! Things happen that should not cause people to get angry rather, calmly communicate and work through the issue. Findlay came through!! I am writing to express my gratitude and appreciation to you, your company and your employees for promptly stepping up to address the issues associated with / during our recent roof replacement. I was very impressed with your commitment to assure my satisfaction. Your second crew arrived on time and early as promised and were very courteous, friendly, professional and dedicated to the task at hand. They immediately started the job and were as careful as possible not to damage any other pieces of siding. It was obvious to me the moment I saw their work, when they asked me to come up on the roof, that they really took pride in their work and cared about making sure the job was done correctly. You have salvaged an unfortunate situation and I will remain a happy customer. Job well done!!

The day before the crew was to show up they called and said what time they would arrive in the morning. They showed up on time at 0730 hrs (730 AM) and were finished by 1915 hrs (715 PM). The crew was very professional and gave us an idea of what they were doing and went to work. There were 6 in the crew and they worked as a very efficient team and the job flowed smoothly. They also ensured that we had proper venting in the garage as there never was any venting. They did a great clean up job and only slightly damaged the plants around the house.

We had a branch fall through our roof due to a storm. They came out the next morning and installed a tarp until the insurance company showed. Kevin met the insurance man and completed the roofing on one side without me having to pay a deductible. Can say enough nice words about their service.

My wife and I had Kevin install a new roof in Septemeber, the poor guys worked all day in 97 degree weather, never stopped only for lunch. They finished later that night, we are very pleased, they did damage my mailbox with the dumpster, but later returned and repaired it.
