In short, we had Atlanta Roof 911 come out with our insurance adjusters, look at the roof, agree upon the damage assessment and the price of repair then didn't do the repair siting the assessment was not near enough. Three months later we still have a hole in our roof.

In more detail. After the assessment we went to schedule the repairs and was told ""within the week"" four times. Finally, I called the owner and they promised to have someone come out for repairs, but they wouldn't be able to do the job for the agreed price. It was not near enough. He requested that we have the adjuster meet with him again. They attempted to coordinate for two more weeks and finally the owner said he would just send pictures of the additional damage to the adjuster. The pictures were never sent. I don't think there were pictures because any additional damage could only be seen if the shingles and plywood was removed since damage couldn't be accessed through the attic or other space. The tarp was never removed. In the end I was sent an email saying ""The company lost one of our Project Managers on the construction side whose responsibility would have included your job. To date, we have not found a replacement for those types of projects. We will not be moving forward with your project at this time.""

Three months and no repair. I wouldn't trust this company.

I took the day off from work so that I could meet Adam Farley at my home at 2:00 for an estimate. 3:00 came around and I called to see where he was. He said he had a tire issue, but would come to my home after and that he was sorry for not calling. 4:00 came and when I called this time he said he no longer had time to come to my home today. Now I can't get in touch with anyone from the company to reschedule. And I've spent the day waiting. Do not use this company as they are very unprofessional.

This is a company that goes over and beyond. I have done quite a few renovations with various contractors, and none of them compare to the quality, service and price of Atlanta Roof 911. Not only did they do everything we had agreed upon, but also did a few things that their site manager said should be done without increasing the cost to me. They did everything in one day, and even cleaned up after themselves, even blowing off all decks.
