Roman came by, looked at the roof, pointed out the problems, asked walked us through the process of making a claim with our homeowners insurance. He met with the adjuster and got them hot only to buy us a new roof, but also new gutters! Then we hit a price for doing some painting in the house (just 2 rooms) and the price was right so we had them do that also. This was the best experience I've ever had with a contractor.
