Waiting 3 weeks for someone to come and refit a tile.....there are more reliable companies out there, can you imagine how long for them to come back if you have any problems after the work was completed. Poor (no) customer service.

I have used Atkins roofing several times over the last few years to help me repairs needed on my roof. I find his customer service to be excellent and he calls back in a timely manner. His bids are competitive and the work is done with the professionalism you would expect. I recommend Danny and Atkins roofing for any roofing need.

Danny fixed our roof last year. He came when promised and repaired as promised.the price seemed fair to me. A year later we were selling and I couldn't find the receipt he mailed and needed it to prove we repaired the leak. Danny was prompt in providing me what I needed.

Very unpleasant experience with an initial bid. Beware of the $89.50 fee just to provide a quote. This was not mentioned in our first few phone calls setting up an appointment, only on his way over to look at our leak. He demanded payment upfront before talking about the project and only then told me he couldn't get to the actual work for a couple weeks. His demeanor is unpleasant, even made my wife cry. It is possible he could be a good roofer but we will not waste any time or money finding out.

Akins Flooring just finished my roof. What started out as 2 repairs turned into a decision to replace the entire roof. Due to Danny's knowledge and honesty I made the decision to move forward replacing the entire roof. His roofers Rafael and George were outstanding, knowledgeable, courteous, and kept the site as clean as possible. Even though Danny has a small crew and it takes more time to complete the job if you are not in a hurry and want the job done RIGHT at a fair price I would 100% recommend Atkins.

Second time I have used Danny Atkins for a roof problem. I had a major leak and Danny himself showed up and estimated the repair. He took pictures up on the roof and fully explained the repair process and cost. On repair day, Danny and his crew showed up on time and completed the repair as per the estimate. He even repaired some dry rot. I would recommend Atkins Roofing for any home in need of a roof repair.

Danny was very nice HOWEVER, when you go to his website it says there is a free estimate and when he got to the house he told us it would be $89.50. He took one look at our leak and knew exactly what it was. He still got his ladder out (which I later found out it what the charge is for) and got on the roof. He told me he would have an estimate that day and I didn't hear back from him for almost a week. In the meantime our nursery was torn up waiting to hear back... :( I understand someone charging for their time, but I don't understand not following through with the service you've been paid for. I'm sure he is very knowledgeable but he was not in his integrity. I would NEVER pay someone for a big job like putting on a new roof on when he doesn't follow through or isn't up front from the very beginning. I don't want to hurt his business, but I definitely want people to know what questions to ask so they aren't out $90 bucks and a week's time... Good luck!

Excellent. We had an issue with a Wood Patio Cover ... we used Atkins Roofing & they did a great fix of the patio cover - AND we then also used them for a roof-repair ""fix"" (that had been worked on incorrectly by a previous contractor). We would use Atkins for future projects ... & would definitiely recommend them to others needing roofing or other repairs.
