We found Tim on Thumbtack. He is very un professional. He cut first and ask question last. I only experienced subpar work. Talks stood game. Over book himself. Lies just because. He treat your job as though he is paying you. His work is not worth the aggravation.

This guy is not professional at all. Not reliable. I was recommended by Porch.com this guy. He called sounded upbeat and seemed to know what he was talking about. Setup an appointment with him that coming Saturday around 12 to 1pm ish. That date and time came and nothing. Later that day got a text explaining he lost his phone. Didn't reach out to me by phone to reschedule. I had to do it. So I called the following Monday. Said lets try schedule in another day and he told me needed to check his schedule and get back with me. Haven't heard from since. If you're going to tell someone your going to do something, do it. Don't waste your time with this company. Sharing my experience so you don't have to go thru the same mess.

The early review rings so true. Tim Walsh is not someone to do businesHe was paid $900.00. Has provided no customer service. See my communication with him below. Today's date is 3/27/2019. A month after completion. The red flag should have been arriving late on both trips. And I do not mean 10-15mins. How about several hours. Also the Home Depot rental truck as his work vehicle. I did not want to pre judge him. My mistake.

I have been given several dates as you will see and no calls. Just does not show up. Let me see you reply and try to make a lair of the customer. Your reputation is all you have. You have failed miserably as a Businessman and member of your supposedly craft.

Do not let this guy on your premises. I pre warned him today was his deadline. Hope this review help others if you hire him hold money back until to can inspect his work. He left at night. It's dark in February.

I contracted with Tim Walsh, the owner of Athens Exterior, to do repair work to exterior of our house, and interior and exterior painting. The quality of his work was very bad. He charged us a fee to replace all rotten wood and/or siding as well as to paint some interior rooms and exterior painting. The quality of his painting was very poor, and we tried for 6 weeks to get him to re-do the work. And we now find he did not replace the siding he was supposed to replace. He lied so many times about returning to fix the work, showed up a few times, painted a little and left. He left piles of construction debris in our yard also. He was to replace all windows also. When we realized the quality of his work, we fired him and requested a return of our deposit for doors to be replaced. He refused saying he didn't have our money. The exterior was painted nicely (by another contractor) and he ruined it when he spray painted the front porch and got over spray all over the front. When our windows came, he had ordered the wrong # of windows and many were the wrong size. All of this caused us a significant amount of money to have re-done. PLEASE do yourself a favor and DO NOT contract with this company. You will be sorry!
